So I took a chance and hopped on the TikTok live trend, got a few bundles from this store. The first order came crazy fast, like surprisingly fast. Got a cool trench coat and some cute slip on shoes on a great deal. I couldn't help myself and ordered another bundle a few days later. The knitted outfit in charcoal looked amazing, but when I tried it on, the top was perfect but the pants were way too long (seriously, not that short). And the slip on shoes were a bit smaller this time. Not exactly what I was expecting. Now I'm debating if dealing with their returns policy is even worth it. Seen some reviews that make it seem risky, which isn't cool. Might have to have a friend hem the pants because I don't think I can just return the bottoms. Gonna send them an email and see what my options are. Fast delivery for both orders, but the sizing issues got me feeling some kind of way.
Return and refund experience
I had a pretty lousy experience with this online store when one of my packages disappeared during delivery. But, their customer service team really came through and helped me out. Shoutout to Moon, who was super professional and got me my refund quickly. She was not only nice but also really knew what she was doing. I was actually impressed with how good their customer service was and thankful that they fixed the problem so easily.
Online order
I just ordered something online from this company, but it never showed up. Big disappointment, right? But hey, the good news is the customer service was top notch! Ivy, the representative I talked to, was super quick to respond and help me out. She even made sure I got a full refund or could get the items reordered. Makes me feel good knowing they care about their customers and want to make sure we're happy.
Co-ord purchase for Mum
I bought a matching outfit for my Mom online and was really happy with how nice it was. It did take longer to arrive than I thought because it was shipped from another country, which wasn't clear on the website. I had to contact customer service to get the tracking info, but they got back to me quickly and gave me all the details I needed. In the end, the outfit was great and my Mom was thrilled with it.
Refund issue resolved
I ran into an issue with my refund from this store, but when I reached out via email, they were extremely quick to respond! Cute jumpsuit
I recently bought a really cute jumpsuit, but it ended up being too big for me. So, I had to send it back. I was a little concerned about getting my money back, but they responded to my email really quickly and even sent me a return label. They also offered to let me exchange it for something else, but I just wanted my money back. To my surprise, I got my refund in just 5 days! Yay!
Purchased a vest
The vest I bought is just awesome! I'm kinda short, only 4'11, so I was a bit worried about the length, but it actually hits right at my waist. And even though I've got a bigger top, I was happy to see that the Large size I got zipped up with no problem. It's super comfy and the price was a steal!
