Silver bracelet
I'm pretty let down by my recent purchase from this company. First off, I kept getting emails pushing me to buy something I'd already bought, which was annoying. Then, the delivery took way longer than I thought, so I had to wait forever for my stuff. And when it finally showed up, it was totally not what I ordered, so that was a huge disappointment. Now I'm just crossing my fingers that the return process is quick and easy.
Bracelet purchase
I came across an ad on social media that caught my eye, so I decided to purchase a bracelet. When it arrived, I was pleased with how quickly it was shipped and its appearance. However, after wearing it for only 20 days, I noticed that the clasp was starting to change color. I reached out to customer service and sent them pictures, but at first, they said they couldn't see any issue. After sending more pictures, they claimed that I must have gotten it wet, even though I only wash my hands during the day. They suggested that I remove the bracelet every time I wash my hands, which isn't really practical. Their solution was for me to send the bracelet back at my own expense and pay an additional $6 for a clasp replacement, which I thought was unreasonable considering I paid nearly $100 for the item. When I asked for a refund, they flat out refused. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company, as it seems they sell overpriced, low-quality products.
Simple chain and bead bracelets
I just bought these two chain and bead bracelets from the store, but man, they were bad quality. Seriously not worth the $170+ I dropped on them. And get this - when I tried to take 'em back, turns out there's a no return policy. Like, what? I definitely wouldn't recommend messing with this company, they don't seem to care about keeping customers happy.
Gift card purchase
I wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made using a gift card from your store. At first, I got an adjustable necklace but had trouble adjusting it and wearing it comfortably. When I exchanged it and got a gift card in return, I had a tough time using the gift card and a promo code together, which caused a lot of frustration during my interactions with customer service. In the end, I ended up choosing a leather necklace with a silver bar, but when it arrived, it was packaged in a way that made it look more like a bracelet. The quality of the thin leather and the overall product didn't meet my expectations given the price. I'm disappointed to say that based on my experience, I can't recommend these products.
