I wanted to return these jeans that didn't fit, but I ended up keeping this gorgeous silk blouse I found instead. The return period passed me by because of a crazy blizzard, and I was bummed that they wouldn't take the jeans back. They gave me a gift card instead of my money back, which was kind of a bummer at first. But, after explaining what happened and chatting with customer service, they ended up giving me a full refund back to my credit card. It took a little while, but I was relieved that everything worked out in the end.
Monogrammed bag purchase
I just wanted to give a shoutout to the store on 3rd St Promenade for their awesome customer service. Brenna went above and beyond to help me out with getting my bag monogrammed and making sure it got to me when I needed it. The whole process was super easy and quick, and it really made me love the brand even more. It's nice to get that personal touch from a company, it really makes the whole shopping experience better. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for more shopping in the future.
Recent denim purchase
I just bought some denim from this store and I gotta tell ya, I am seriously impressed with how well-made and long-lasting it is. The denim material feels really durable, so I know it's gonna hold up for years to come. Unlike other places that sell clothes that fall apart after a few washes, this store really delivers on their promise of high-quality, long-lasting pieces. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Fast Shipping
I just bought something from this place and I was pretty amazed at how fast it got to me. The clothes fit just right and were exactly what I wanted. But, I was kinda bummed to see there was no invoice in the package - that was a little annoying. But all in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase and might think about ordering again down the line.
First online order
So, I just made my first online order and man, talk about frustrating and disappointing! The shipping carrier tried delivering my package twice but no luck. When I reached out to customer service for help, they basically just said to wait for the next delivery day. That did not help me one bit. If you're thinking about ordering online, just be warned about the shipping carrier they're using - it might give you some headaches.
