Review about: Hair Mayraki
Hair color product purchase
I bought this hair color stuff from this company recently and it was a total letdown. They claimed it wasn't dye, but it ended up staining everything because of some coloring plant extract (carthamus tinctorus) in there. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't give me my money back since I opened it already. Plus, they didn't give me a return label for the second thing I bought in a deal, so I had to pay for return shipping. That's just not right.

Denim jeans and a silk blouse
I wanted to return these jeans that didn't fit, but I ended up keeping this gorgeous silk blouse I found instead. The return period passed me by because of a crazy blizzard, and I was bummed that they wouldn't take the jeans back. They gave me a gift card instead of my money back, which was kind of a bummer at first. But, after explaining what happened and chatting with customer service, they ended up giving me a full refund back to my credit card. It took a little while, but I was relieved that everything worked out in the end.

LED String Lights Purchase
I bought some LED string lights from this online store not too long ago. Even though I saw a few bad reviews, I still decided to go for it. To my surprise, everything turned out great! Ordering was a breeze, and I splurged a little for tracking just to be safe. The shipping was fast and my lights arrived in perfect shape. I had shopped from them on eBay before, but finding them as Newfrog was a happy accident. I'll definitely be back to shop again.

Oh my gosh, I absolutely adore the adorable clothes I bought from this online store! I was a little nervous about making a purchase at first because I read some negative reviews online, but I decided to shoot them an email and they were really sweet and professional. My clothes arrived super quickly, almost like magic! I will definitely be shopping here again!

Face masks
I was so bummed out by the face masks I bought from this store. The quality was just awful - only two flimsy layers that felt like they wouldn't protect against anything, not even Covid. It seemed like the company cared more about selling trendy masks than keeping their customers safe. And to top it off, there wasn't even a pocket to put a filter in, making them even more useless. I definitely wouldn't suggest these masks to anyone who wants real protection.

Order placed on January 22, 2022
I ordered something back in January, right on the 22nd of 2022. Got an email saying they got my order, but now? Nothing. No updates on when it'll ship, no heads up about any delays, not even a clue about when it might show up at my door. It's annoying to be kept in the dark like this, especially since they already took my money when I ordered. This whole no communication thing makes me doubt if they can actually get their act together and send out orders on time.

Antivirus software purchase
I thought the antivirus software worked well in keeping my devices safe from online threats. The interface was easy to use, so I could adjust settings to fit what I needed. Yet, I did run into some problems during installation, which was pretty annoying. The customer service tried to help and eventually fixed it, but it did take longer than I had hoped. When it comes to cost, I think it's fair for the protection you get. Plus, the product arrived quickly and on time.
