Non-effective products
I recently bought some new CBD stuff from this company - the Restful Night packets, Sleep Tight gummies, and Relax Now gummies. Unfortunately, none of these products did what I was hoping for in terms of helping me relax, fall asleep, or stay asleep. I tried all three, but none of them did the trick. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund within their 30-day guarantee, I was told that items on sale aren't refundable. It was pretty disappointing to not get the results I wanted and to have them not stand by their guarantee. It feels like these products being on sale was a sign that they weren't very effective. This whole situation left me feeling unsatisfied and wondering if this company actually cares about making quality products.

I just bought some CBD stuff from this company and, you know, their website was a bit confusing sometimes, but everything turned out okay. The products were pretty good, so I kept going back even though they didn't have a huge selection. They could do better with how their website is set up and maybe add some more options for products. I just ordered some CBD products, but man was I let down by how long it took to get here. Even though I placed the order way ahead of time, it got delayed for who knows why. And when I tried to get help from customer service, they were totally useless. They even had the nerve to suggest I pay extra for quicker delivery! This whole situation has seriously made me question if I should ever buy from them again.

I placed my order and they told me it would arrive on Friday, but that date just kept getting pushed back every day. When I called customer service, they told me that the USPS had twelve days after getting the package from UPS to deliver it. This was not clear on their website at all, and it left me feeling frustrated. It took more than 2 weeks for my package to finally show up, which is totally unacceptable. The customer service rep I talked to was not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about my concerns. Overall, the product was good, but the shipping experience really bummed me out.
