LED light panels purchase
I recently bought some LED light panels from this company and I was really impressed with how good they were. But, I ended up not needing them anymore so I had to return them. The problem is, I still haven't gotten my refund yet. I've tried contacting customer service but no one has gotten back to me. Can you help me out with getting my money back?
Faulty Controller after 24 months
2. So, my controller for the canvas system just decided to stop working after a good 2 years. I got in touch with customer support right away and they were really quick to reply at first, which got me feeling hopeful. But, after I gave them all the deets about what went wrong and all the info about the device, it's like they dropped off the face of the earth. I checked back in after a couple of weeks, only to hear that they couldn't dig up my info even though I had a clear ticket number. They asked me to send everything all over again, which I did ASAP, but I haven't heard a peep since.
LED panel lights
The LED panel lights I bought are not living up to what I expected. I keep having to reset them just to get them to work right. I paid a lot for these lights, but they were so bad I ended up throwing them away.
Smart LED Light
The smart LED light works pretty well, but dealing with the software and updates is a pain and takes up a lot of time. It's super annoying that you can't turn off updates for a product that's already working fine. The way this product is set up just doesn't make sense, especially for busy folks who need quick access to their lights. It gets the job done, but the whole experience could definitely be better.
