Bohemian-style floor rug
I just bought this bohemian-style floor rug from a company and I'm so happy with it. The quality and design are top-notch. It looks just like it did on the website, with really cool colors and patterns that give my living room a special vibe. The material is nice and soft, but also strong enough to hold up to daily wear and tear. I can tell a lot of care went into making this rug, and I love all the little details.

Gift not received
I recently bought a gift from Selfridges and paid for next day delivery. However, 1.5 weeks passed and the gift still hadn't arrived. They claimed they couldn't find the address, which was pretty unprofessional and annoying. Even after trying to fix the issue, all I got was empty promises for the next day. After four failed attempts, I just decided to cancel the order. Dealing with Selfridges was a waste of time, money, and energy, and their customer service team didn't seem interested in fixing things. It was stressful and frustrating. It's obvious that ever since the recent takeover, their quality of service has gone downhill, and things don't look good for the future.

The Two-Bedroom Suite we booked was supposed to come with a view of certain landmarks, but when we got there, we realized it was actually facing the river. We tried reaching out to customer service and the hotel, but we didn't get a good response or a fix. It's frustrating to be tricked by misleading ads and not get any help when you're trying to sort things out.
