A Satisfied Customer's Experience with OKA's Online Platform
As a client of OKA, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Their online platform is easy to navigate and their selection of furniture and home decor is truly beautiful. I have purchased several items from them, including a dining table, chairs, and a sofa, and have been extremely pleased with the quality of each piece.
The customer service team is also top-notch. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. Delivery was also seamless and efficient.

The antique mirror I bought from the store was amazing. I just had to bring it home with me after spotting it at the store. Natasha, the store worker, was super helpful in guiding me on the mirror and getting it delivered to my flat in London. When the mirror showed up, it was even more stunning than I remembered. The delivery crew was on time and really good, making sure the mirror got there in one piece. The customer service from the store team was top-notch, and I am super happy with my purchase. Can't wait to go back to the store again soon!
Sofa, armchair, and side table
I just got me a new sofa, armchair, and side table from this store, and gotta say I was quite impressed by the customer service. The folks working there were super friendly and helpful, especially Linda who helped me out with my buy. The delivery came fast and the guys, Darren and Neil, who brought it were really nice and polite. Got my furniture in less than 2 weeks and I'm absolutely loving my new stuff. The whole process went smooth as can be and I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone.
Creative and fun design experience
Sarina was so great to work with! She totally got what I was going for and made it happen in a really cool and fresh way. Her support motivated me to take some risks, and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. I absolutely recommend Sarina to anyone who wants a creative flair in their design work. And as for the furniture and accessories, they have a good balance of classic and contemporary looks to suit all kinds of preferences.
Candle sticks
I was just walking by the store when I saw the most amazing window display that pulled me right in. I chatted with one of the staff members, who was super helpful and friendly, especially Katie. She went above and beyond and definitely deserves a 5-star rating! I ended up buying some candle sticks, and Katie even took the time to wrap them up beautifully. Thanks a bunch, Katie! I'll definitely be coming back to this store.
2 chairs
Catherine over at the Knutsford store was super helpful and patient while I was trying to figure out which chairs to get. She took her time, double-checked sizes, and even helped me pick out some cushions to go with them. In the end, I went with 2 chairs and I'm really pleased with my choice. Big thanks to Catherine and the whole team at the store!
New dining table delivery
Phil and Darren did an incredible job with our new dining table. They not only delivered and assembled it with expertise, but also took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, they even cleaned up afterwards! The customer service we received was top-notch and we will definitely be spreading the word about this company to all our friends and family.
furniture delivery
I was so happy with how my furniture delivery went down. Tony and Chris, the delivery guys, were the best - super professional and friendly. They handled everything with care and made it all easy peasy. They even kept me in the loop about when they'd be showing up. It was just an all-around awesome delivery experience.
Store Visit
My partner and I went to the store and this nice lady named Carole welcomed us. She was super friendly and gave us great advice on the stuff we were checking out. We had a good time and will for sure go back to the store. I'll also tell my friends about it!
