New desk delivery
I just got a new desk and had it delivered to my house. The delivery went really well, all smooth and easy, all thanks to the awesome delivery guys. They sent me an email with a 2-hour delivery window and those guys showed up right on time. Terry and Darian, the two delivery dudes, were amazing. They were super nice, professional, and took great care with my new desk as they brought it upstairs for me to put together. They not only made sure the desk was in the right spot, but they even helped me move my old desk downstairs to get rid of it. I was really impressed with how great they were and how helpful they were. Terry and Darian really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the delivery.
Mirror purchase
I recently bought a mirror from this store and let me tell you, the customer service was amazing. Eglee and Danielle really went out of their way to make sure I had a great purchasing and delivery experience. Eglee helped me figure out the details to buy the last mirror available, even though it was discontinued. She was great at keeping me updated and made the whole process easy. Danielle handled the delivery and she was super patient and attentive. It was nice to see such friendly and dedicated staff who really care about their customers. I was so happy with my purchase and the whole experience at this store that I'll definitely be back in the future for any home decor needs.

I just want to say that I had a great time shopping at your store! The service I got from the sales associate, Brooke, was amazing. She was so patient and helpful as I looked around for furniture for my living room. Sofa, armchair, and side table
I just got me a new sofa, armchair, and side table from this store, and gotta say I was quite impressed by the customer service. The folks working there were super friendly and helpful, especially Linda who helped me out with my buy. The delivery came fast and the guys, Darren and Neil, who brought it were really nice and polite. Got my furniture in less than 2 weeks and I'm absolutely loving my new stuff. The whole process went smooth as can be and I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone.
Large rug purchase
We got a really big rug last week and it was just what we expected from the online description. The shop in Bath was great, the folks there helped us move the heavy rug. When it got delivered, the drivers were so quick and even unpacked everything for us. They even moved some furniture around to make sure the rug was in the right spot. We had never had that kind of delivery before and we really liked it. Because of the amazing delivery experience, we went ahead and ordered more stuff from the store.
Home delivery experience
Last week, I was supposed to get a furniture delivery at home, but I had to leave suddenly. The delivery guys, Tony and Terry, were left waiting for about 15 minutes while I rushed back home to let them in. I thought they might be upset, but they were actually really nice and understanding about it. I was impressed by how professional and kind they were, even though it was a hassle for them. I don't plan on doing that again, but their attitude was really cool and I won't forget it.
In-store shopping experience at the Harrogate location.
My trip to the store in Harrogate was great! The staff was so helpful, especially Fleur. She really went above and beyond to help me with my online order and gave me some great advice on picking out things for my home. Fleur has a great sense of design and knows a lot about the products. I had a really enjoyable shopping experience thanks to her. I ended up buying a few things in the store and even ordered more online. The Harrogate store was even better than the one in Chelsea.
Large garden furniture order
Neil, our delivery guy, was really great! Even though his coworker was sick, he tackled unloading our big garden furniture order all on his own. We were super impressed with his effort and commitment. Thanks a ton, Neil, for going the extra mile to make sure our delivery went smoothly.

The website was super easy to use, the whole buying process was really smooth, and the product itself is amazing. I just bought a bed and box springs from your store, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. A desk lamp
I recently bought a really cool desk lamp online and it arrived really quickly. Tony and Darion, the delivery guys, were super nice when they brought it to my house. The lamp is really bright and looks amazing on my desk.
Solid furniture
My order took way too long to arrive - like 6 whole weeks long, which is just not cool at all. I was pretty annoyed with how long I had to wait.
Candle sticks
I was just walking by the store when I saw the most amazing window display that pulled me right in. I chatted with one of the staff members, who was super helpful and friendly, especially Katie. She went above and beyond and definitely deserves a 5-star rating! I ended up buying some candle sticks, and Katie even took the time to wrap them up beautifully. Thanks a bunch, Katie! I'll definitely be coming back to this store.
2 chairs
Catherine over at the Knutsford store was super helpful and patient while I was trying to figure out which chairs to get. She took her time, double-checked sizes, and even helped me pick out some cushions to go with them. In the end, I went with 2 chairs and I'm really pleased with my choice. Big thanks to Catherine and the whole team at the store!
Lamp and shade purchase
Oka in Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells is just fantastic! We used to order online, but now we prefer going in person. Nawel Dahane really went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect lamp and shade for our home. He was so kind to spend time with us, and we are thrilled with what we bought. The store itself is beautiful, and all the employees are super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back and shopping here again!
