My tour guide, Giada, really knew her stuff when it came to the history we were diving into. She gave us super detailed answers to all our questions and made the whole thing really interactive and interesting. The group wasn't too big or too small, it was just right. Giada made sure we all had time to snap some pics and she kept a good watch to make sure no one got left in the dust. All in all, it was an awesome time and I'd totally tell others to check it out.

Sweater purchase
I ordered this really cool sweater from this one store, you know? And then, like, a whole month later, I ended up receiving a completely different, way cheaper sweater from China! I was super upset about it, so I decided to shoot them an email, right? And their response was like, "Oops, sorry, but we don't do refunds. Here's a little discount code for your trouble!" Uh, no way, I straight up want my money back for your mistake! But then they hit me with, "Well, you could send it back, but you gotta cover the shipping." Seriously, no thanks! Now they won't even respond to my messages and keep coming up with all these lame excuses. I had to cancel my order just to try and get my money back, but they still won't give me a return label. It's such a scam, they basically just swiped my money!

Account login issue
I had some trouble logging into my account, so I had to create a new one. But even the new account wasn't working right. Luckily, the customer service folks were really helpful and got everything sorted out for me quickly. I was impressed with how well they communicated and how dedicated they were to fixing the problem.

I just bought a pair of shoes from this company in both size eight and eight and a half. I like to be careful when I shop, so I like to try on a few sizes at home to make sure they fit just right. After trying them on inside, I realized I wasn't feeling the style and wanted to return them for a refund. But even though I tried hard to get a legit refund, they accused me of wearing the shoes outside and wouldn't give me my money back. This whole situation has really bummed me out, and now I don't plan on ordering from them anymore.
