Pro 3 3000 electric toothbrush
I've been a loyal customer to this brand for a while now. I've had two electric toothbrushes before that I really liked. But the Pro 3 3000 model I recently bought from my local supermarket has let me down with its design. Unlike my old brushes, this one doesn't have a rubber grip, so it keeps slipping out of my hand when it's wet. I'm 67 years old and it's annoying to have to deal with this problem. Sadly, I can't return it because I lost the receipt. In general, I'm a frustrated senior citizen because of this bad design choice.
Replacement toothbrush experience
I just got this fancy electric toothbrush not too long ago, but it started acting wonky pretty quickly. I tried all the tips on the website to fix it, but no luck. So I gave customer service a shout. They helped me send in my toothbrush for repairs and in less than a week, I got a whole new and improved model as a replacement. The support team was super helpful and I really appreciated how quick they were to sort everything out.
Toothpaste that leaves my mouth and lips numb
I don't think this toothpaste works for me. It's just so weird and makes my mouth and lips feel all numb, like when you're at the dentist getting a filling. Other toothpaste brands don't give me this same feeling, so I'm definitely not a fan. I'll pass on buying this toothpaste again, it's just not my thing.
Electric toothbrush purchase
I just got this electric toothbrush as a Christmas present to myself, but it was a huge letdown. Didn't even come with a charger and conked out on me the first time I used it. Now I've got this useless hunk of plastic that I'll have to replace, costing me even more money. Pretty bummed about the crappy quality and lack of care in putting it all together.
Two new toothbrushes
So, yeah, we bought these two new toothbrushes a few months back. Turns out, one of them can only hold a charge for about 5 days before dying, and the other drops from 60% to dead in just 2 days! Not cool at all. We've used this brand of toothbrush before, but these ones were pricier so we thought they'd last longer, you know? I checked online and it seems like many people are having the same issue. I'll try to get a replacement under warranty, but honestly, their quality has really gone downhill. Probably won't be buying from them again.

I bought an electric toothbrush, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. This thing just won't sync up with any of my phones, no matter how much I try. I've been going back and forth with customer support for months now, constantly resetting the brush and attempting to connect it again. It takes ages for the support team to get back to me, and when they finally do, it's the same old useless suggestions. Sandhra from customer service has been pretty understanding, but Frida? She's been straight up rude. This whole support ordeal has truly been the absolute worst experience I've ever had.
Overpriced electric toothbrush, stopped working within a year
I bought an electric toothbrush from this company for nearly 300 bucks, thinking it would last a good while and be top-notch quality. But, lo and behold, just a little over a year later, the toothbrush kaput completely. So, feeling frustrated, I reached out to customer support for help, only to realize they were nowhere to be found. The numbers on their website were all duds, and the contact form didn't do squat. I tried every which way to get in touch with someone, but it was all for nothing. I'm over this company and won't be buying anything from them again.
Electric toothbrush with limited battery life
I bought an electric toothbrush recently and man, what a letdown. The battery doesn't last nearly as long as I thought it would, and to top it off, it's not even replaceable. So basically, once the battery kicks the bucket, the whole toothbrush is useless. It's a bummer because the rest of the toothbrush seems pretty solid and well put together, but this battery deal is a real deal breaker. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting one - think about whether you're cool with a toothbrush that might not last too long before you pull the trigger on buying it.

Oh my gosh, this electric toothbrush is the worst! I used it for only a month and it just stopped working. I couldn't even find a customer service number to complain to. It was so frustrating! I will never buy this toothbrush again, like ever!
Expensive toothbrush purchase
I just bought this really fancy toothbrush online, but dang it, it never showed up. I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times but they've been seriously no help. So now I gotta go through the whole headache of disputing the charge just to get my cash back. Shoulda checked the reviews before pulling the trigger on this buy.
Expensive electric toothbrush lasted 16 months
I recently bought this really expensive toothbrush that ended up breaking after just 16 months. Can you believe that? I mean, come on! I spent a good amount of money on it and I expected it to last a lot longer. I looked into sending it out for repairs through a different company, but the cost didn't seem worth it to me. And let's not even get started on the customer service - they weren't interested at all because it was over 12 months old. I mean, seriously? I thought this was supposed to be a high-quality product that lasts a long time. Well, I don't trust it anymore and I definitely won't be buying another one.
Battery life sucked
I just got this new toothbrush and the battery died on me already! I charged it up, and it died right away. And can we talk about how expensive those replacement heads are?

I recently bought this product and it started acting up on me not long after. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone, but the solution they gave me was pretty underwhelming.
Electric toothbrush malfunction
I just had an issue with my electric toothbrush. I tried looking up solutions online and ended up trying to change the battery, but it didn't work. So, I contacted customer service and found out my warranty had just expired, and trying to fix it myself made it moot. They only offered me a coupon as a solution, which I didn't find satisfactory.
