Check order issue
My first batch of checks disappeared in the mail, but luckily Connie from customer service was able to fix it by sending out a new set using a different delivery service. Even though it started off rough, I was really impressed with how quickly and effectively they handled the situation. Connie was super helpful and made sure I got my checks on time. I really liked the great customer service and how fast they resolved the issue.

Electric toothbrush with limited battery life
I bought an electric toothbrush recently and man, what a letdown. The battery doesn't last nearly as long as I thought it would, and to top it off, it's not even replaceable. So basically, once the battery kicks the bucket, the whole toothbrush is useless. It's a bummer because the rest of the toothbrush seems pretty solid and well put together, but this battery deal is a real deal breaker. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting one - think about whether you're cool with a toothbrush that might not last too long before you pull the trigger on buying it.

I got this jacket that just didn't fit right at all and felt so cheap. I sent it back on December 4th, they got it on December 8th. It's been like 16 days and I'm still waiting for my refund. So annoying, definitely not worth it, steer clear of them!
