I bought some hair products from this brand not too long ago, and let me tell you, they are pretty expensive. But let me tell you, they are totally worth it! The quality is amazing, and my hair has never smelled better. The other day, the salon owner even complimented how good my hair smelled after using these products. I totally get why they are so popular with hairstylists and celebs.
Faulty item in order
I ordered something from this place and it got all messed up. I've sent them a bunch of emails about it, but they haven't replied at all. I have trouble talking on the phone because of my speech issue, so I can't call them up. It's really frustrating that they're not responding, it's just not right. Why can't they just reply? It's totally unfair. I'm really upset and disappointed about this whole situation. They shouldn't treat customers like this, especially over one small item.
Overpriced purchase
I really wish I had looked into reviews before buying something from this store. People seemed to like the product from other places, but my own experience was pretty disappointing. I thought I could use Klarna to pay for it, which would have helped me out with the high price. But when I tried to ask about it through email, I got no answer. Even after I already bought the thing, I sent another email to ask about the return policy, and still got no response. Now I'm just waiting for payday to come around so I can recover from the hit this purchase gave my wallet. The lack of communication and customer service from this place has me feeling pretty sour, and I definitely won't be coming back in the future.
Haircare products
I recently bought some haircare products from this company. The ordering process went smoothly and I got my products pretty quickly. But then I ran into a problem with my order and the customer service was not great. Turns out my original order got sent back without me even knowing. So I got in touch with Customer Support for help. They did get back to me quickly and offered a refund or to send the products again. I decided on a refund since I had already bought the products elsewhere. But even though they said I would get a refund, I never did. And when I asked for a return label to send the products back, my emails were ignored. That lack of communication and follow-through was really disappointing and left me feeling frustrated with the whole experience.
