    Pros winter coat

    This is my second winter with this coat. It is is so warm that I go with a tee-shirt underneath and that's it. Perfect fit for me at large. Arms stay warm and love the brushed feel of the jacket material. The zipper os okay, but for a heavy-duty major league coat like this the zipper is under there level of quality of the rest of the garment. Should be a major league heavy zipper. I would def buy another when the time comes. So warm that i would never wear in the car. Do I love this coat? Is the winter cold?

    Items are well constructed and warm BUT TOO SHORT! Designers seem to forget tall people, and longer by a few more inches is better for tucking in, and also keeping lower parts warm. The only length I find acceptable is the parka.

    Returned jacket, never received refund

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I returned a jacket that was complete junk and never got my money back. It's been a total nightmare trying to get a refund from them. I would definitely recommend staying far away from this company!

    International sizing issue

    I just bought some stuff from this company, but when I got it, some things were too big and some were too small because of the weird sizing. I called customer service to ask about exchanging them, but they said no can do for international orders, even if I paid for the shipping. I was pretty bummed out by their inflexibility and lack of good service.

    Try before you buy order

    I'm a customer who chose to try before I buy, and I was pretty stoked to test out these products from the company. But then I heard a bunch of bad reviews about how the stuff wasn't even warm, so I decided to return my order without even trying it on. I sent it back, but now the company is saying they never got it and they're trying to make me pay for something I don't even have. This complete lack of responsibility and customer service is really bumming me out and has left me super annoyed with the whole thing.

    Endeavor gloves

    I ordered gloves that were listed as “in stock” on January 5. By January 21 I hadn’t received my gloves, nor gotten an email about shipping. I emailed the company about this and received no note, no apology, just an unexplained refund (which thankfully I got). When I emailed asking why they did this instead of sending me gloves, they said they were out of stock and would send me a ... beanie, that they had previously been giving out for free, as compensation for taking my money for an out of stock product. The kicker here is that if I hadn’t sent them an email, they never would have refunded me! They would have just kept my money. I can only imagine how many other people have given money and not received their product or refund. What kind of business practice is this?By the way, their Orion Jacket, which I purchased last year, does not keep you warm.

    Ordered the jacket on Nov 24, 2020. A Fed Ex number was sent to me that day with a 2-5 business day delivery. My credit card was charged. The jacket has yet to arrive on Dec 19 and FedEx says the shipment was never provided to them. Customer service has failed to respond to 5 or 6 emails about this shipment.

    OROS has NO customer service so good luck if you order from them and have any problems.

    My next step is to try to get VISA to back out the payment.
