Best option
All useful and daily products ,I found them a very good gift for some one .Unlike many other people I also understand daily products are always a fine gift rather then to keep locked in stock for long time.
I had selected five sets for five gifts ,personal care set ,few Eau De Fragrances, Skin care sets .
Not that much costly , quite affordable
How get responses is very interesting as first time I choose these products instead crockery sets,or winter clothes .
Nicely packed ,as these are suppose to be given without opening any pack ,just pasted name stickers and presented.Really this was a very good decision.Cruelty-free beauty product
I was pretty happy with how well this product worked at first, but then I found out it wasn't cruelty-free and that really bummed me out. I love animals too much to back a brand that tests on them. It's just sad to see companies care more about making money than doing what's right. I think everyone should look into what they're buying and only buy from brands that really care about being cruelty-free.
Skincare products
I just bought some skincare stuff from this store and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The customer service was top-notch - they really knew their stuff and helped me pick out what I needed. My order showed up in great shape and right on schedule, which I was super happy about. I'll definitely be back to shop here again.
Late deliveries, missing items, no refund
I ordered some stuff and it seriously took forever to get here. And then, when it finally showed up, they shorted me on some items and never gave me a refund. I'm done with this place and I'm warning all my friends to stay away. They better give me my money back ASAP or I'm gonna have to take some steps. The products are alright, but the way they handle things is shady and their prices are just way too steep.
Sale products
I've been trying to snag some sale items for three days now, but the website keeps crashing on me. I've called customer service a bunch of times, but they acted like I was bugging them and didn't offer any help at all. They just pointed fingers at everything else and didn't even give me the deal that was advertised. All I wanted was the discount, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I used to be a manager, so I know they could have made a call or reached out to corporate to fix things, but they didn't even bother. Dealing with this website always feels like a hassle, and the reps never want to own up to their mistakes. It's just not right!
Scented product disappointed
I used to love this company's scent so much, but now it's gone. The quality of their stuff totally went downhill. The scents just don't last as long or smell as strong as they used to. It seems like when they started making more scents, the overall quality took a hit. And to top it off, their prices are way too high for what you get now.
Skincare products
I ordered some skincare products online not too long ago. Sadly, I never got my order, and even after trying a bunch of times to reach customer service, I still haven't gotten a refund. It's pretty frustrating dealing with this lack of responsibility and bad customer service. I definitely wouldn't suggest this site to anyone after my negative experience.
