Preordered items not delivered
I preordered a bunch of stuff from this store, all with an expected delivery of March 2021. But guess what? March passed and I didn't hear a peep about my order. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but got zero help or answers. So, I said forget it and canceled my order. I can't deal with that lack of communication and constant delays.

Turkey tour
I recently joined the 9-day essential Turkey tour and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing. At first, I was a little worried about how big the group was going to be, but our guide did an outstanding job of keeping everything running smoothly. Mustafa, our guide, was not only super organized but also really interesting and knowledgeable about all the places we went. His sense of humor made those long bus rides more fun. The hotels we stayed at were top-notch and way comfier than I expected. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Turkey in a fun and thorough way.

Scented product disappointed
I used to love this company's scent so much, but now it's gone. The quality of their stuff totally went downhill. The scents just don't last as long or smell as strong as they used to. It seems like when they started making more scents, the overall quality took a hit. And to top it off, their prices are way too high for what you get now.
