I am a long-time customer of Quay Australia and have consistently been impressed with their products and customer service. I have ordered several pairs of sunglasses and have been extremely happy with the quality and durability of each pair.

Messed up order
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and I tried to change it, but they wouldn't let me!

I bought something online 6 weeks ago and I've been trying to reach out to them a bunch of times but they haven't gotten back to me. I finally took the next step and got NSW Fair Trading involved, hoping to get my money back.
Sunglasses
I ordered some sunglasses a month ago and I still haven't gotten them. I've tried contacting customer service several times but no one has gotten back to me. I would suggest staying away from this place!
Unsuccessful delivery
I had a bad experience with my last order. I placed it two months ago and it never showed up. I tried to contact customer service for help, but couldn't get a hold of anyone. It sucks not knowing where my parcel is or getting any updates.
