Wide selection but slow support
The website's got some really great stuff to choose from, and the prices already have all the taxes included, which makes shopping a breeze. But man, their customer service is seriously lacking. It can be a bummer when you're trying to snatch up some popular items and it feels like they take forever to get back to you. If you know exactly what you want and don't mind a little wait, I'd say go for it. Just keep an eye out for any return fees or extra charges, since that's pretty standard for online stores based overseas.

Good selection, timely delivery, password issue.
I recently bought some stuff from Smallflower and was happy with all the different products they have from all over the world. My first delivery came right on time, but the second one got delayed, which was a bummer. Overall though, I'm pretty happy with the service. The only thing that's been bugging me is the password reset thing on their website. Every time I try to get a new password, the support team just emails me a link to reset it on my account. But that hasn't worked for me, so I've just been checking out as a guest. On the bright side, the packaging for the products has always been top-notch.

Kitchen storage containers
I just bought some kitchen storage containers and was pretty bummed to see that they were made from number 7 plastic, which I try to steer clear of. When I tried to return them, it was a pain dealing with the company's return process. The confusing return policy, slow replies, and extra shipping costs really made me feel let down by the whole thing. In the end, I just decided to donate the containers instead of dealing with the hassle of trying to return them.
