Sale dress purchase
I got this dress that was on sale, but man, it was a total flop! It just didn't fit me right - obviously meant for someone way taller and skinnier, not just your average guy like me. I tried to see if I could maybe exchange it or get store credit, but they were just no help at all. All they kept saying was "final sale" over and over, no exceptions, yada yada yada. It's kind of a bummer to lose a customer over something that seems minor to them but really matters to me. Seriously, folks!
Super flattering dress
I usually only write reviews when I have something to complain about, but I think it's important to give a shoutout when service is great. And let me tell you, this company's customer service is amazing! They really made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable, from beginning to end. And it's not just a fluke, they've been consistently awesome every time I've shopped with them.
Angelic customer service, prompt resolution
The customer service at this store is really great. I had a problem with my order and was feeling pretty stressed, but the team responded quickly and helped me out with care. I was amazed at how efficient and friendly they were the whole time. It's too bad they're getting bad reviews because my experience was all good. And by the way, the clothes are just gorgeous.
Sizing is completely off
The sizing is way off. Usually I wear a size 26 in jeans no matter the brand, but the ones I got this time were way bigger, more like a size 32. It's so annoying when you order online and end up with something that's way too big. I just want the sizes to be right so I can order with confidence and know it'll fit.
Dress with fault
I just bought this dress and it turned out to have a flaw in it after I followed the cleaning instructions. I never even got to wear it because of the flaw. When I contacted customer service about it, they were no help at all. They wouldn't take responsibility for the faulty dress and basically said tough luck. Dealing with them was so frustrating, and I won't be buying from them again. They clearly don't care about their customers, so I'd suggest avoiding them.
Poor quality dress exchange
I recently ordered a dress from this company and was really disappointed with the quality. The fabric was cheap and the stitching was all over the place, so wearing it made me feel super self-conscious. When I tried to exchange it for the same dress in a different color, I found out they don't allow exchanges. How does that even make sense? I spent almost $300 on a dress that you couldn't even find at a thrift store. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. They said sorry but didn't offer any real solutions. It's like they expect us to just deal with their low-quality stuff. Definitely something to watch out for when you're shopping there.

The customer service team at this store is top-notch. I reached out with a question and they were super quick to help me out and fix everything right away. Their efficiency and professionalism really stood out to me. I definitely recommend shopping here for their awesome customer service.
Torn dress
Oh my gosh, this store is the worst! I ordered a dress and it arrived completely torn. It's ridiculous. And then they have the nerve to say, "oops, our bad, here's a 10% discount for next time." Like, seriously? I just want a refund, duh! Now I gotta sit here waiting forever to get my money back and I'm left without a dress for graduation. Ugh, so frustrating!
Sheer dress, bad quality
I got this dress and it was totally see-through! It was a gift for someone else and I wanted them to look good, but instead they'd be showing off their underwear! I tried to take it back but the company was like "nope, sorry, no refunds for you". That's just not cool. I'm never buying gifts from there again. I had to tell all my friends and family about this company's shady business.
Silk dress disappointment
The silk dress I bought from this brand was a total letdown. It came in a reused plastic bag all crumpled up in an envelope, and it even had some stains on it. I was really looking forward to wearing it, but now I can't because it's such poor quality and was clearly not handled with care during delivery. I thought this brand, which boasts about being sustainable and ethical, would do better, but I was disappointed.
Misleading returns policy
I recently bought something from this store and was bummed to discover that their return policy isn't as simple as it sounds. The website says they have "free returns on all qualifying orders," but turns out you only get that if you keep at least one thing from your order. They don't make this clear at first, which just leaves customers like me feeling confused and annoyed. I'd suggest really considering before placing an order with this store, since they might hit you with random fees for returning stuff depending on how much you spent.
Non-returnable items
I can't believe how bold this place is. The way they handle returns is just outrageous and shady. They conveniently "forget" to tell you that some items can't be returned until you actually try to return them. It's such a sneaky trick that really made me feel cheated and let down. I won't be coming back here to spend my money, that's for sure. And you can bet I've warned all my friends and family to stay away from this dishonest business.

Dress
I recently bought a dress from this brand, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The lining of the first dress I got didn't match the outside, and then the second one started falling apart after only one hour of wearing it. By the end of the day, the straps were coming apart completely, which is just not okay. When I tried to get help from customer service, they basically blew me off and said I couldn't return it because it was past the deadline. For how much I spent on this dress, this lack of quality and customer service is just not worth it. I recommend finding a better option somewhere else.
Pretty clothes
I really like their clothes, but man, sometimes they can be expensive and not the greatest quality. I mean, last time I bought something, it never even showed up! Luckily, I did get a refund. But this time around, I've been waiting for what feels like forever for my new stuff, and I have no clue where it's at. Reformation seriously dropped the ball on this one.
Hyped up disappointment
At first glance, the clothes might seem stylish, but don't let that fool you. The quality is honestly not great, with bad stitching and cheap materials that don't last long. I got a shirt from this brand a year ago, and it already has holes, even though I didn't wear it that much. Plastic buttons? Come on now. I've seen that Zara has similar styles for way cheaper, and the quality is better. In my view, this brand is getting too much hype and needs to do better or stop altogether. Just not worth the high price.
