    Two pairs of sneakers

    I just recently bought two pairs of sneakers from this company, and after a week passed, the order status changed to "shipped." However, as of now, I still haven't received my order. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times through calls and emails, but haven't heard back from them. The crazy thing is I can't even track the shipment, which is definitely not normal from my past experiences. This whole situation is making me question if this company is legit or if I might have been scammed. I'm thinking about reporting them and disputing the charges on my credit card. It's really disappointing to be dealing with this right now, especially when we were really looking forward to getting those sneakers we ordered.

    Size 4XL short and extender

    Hey, just wanted to give you all a heads up if you're thinking about ordering from this company. Definitely make sure you really check and double-check the sizing before you pull the trigger. Their sizing chart is all over the place, and I ended up with the wrong size because of it. Dealing with their return process was a total nightmare - had to jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops, only to end up with a gift card instead of a refund or exchange. To make matters worse, they even got rid of my size after I finally managed to return the item. They flat-out refused to refund me or exchange for the right size, and instead tried to push me to buy extenders for more money. It's super frustrating to feel like I'm being forced to spend more money because of their mistake.

    Poor quality dress exchange

    I recently ordered a dress from this company and was really disappointed with the quality. The fabric was cheap and the stitching was all over the place, so wearing it made me feel super self-conscious. When I tried to exchange it for the same dress in a different color, I found out they don't allow exchanges. How does that even make sense? I spent almost $300 on a dress that you couldn't even find at a thrift store. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. They said sorry but didn't offer any real solutions. It's like they expect us to just deal with their low-quality stuff. Definitely something to watch out for when you're shopping there.

    Man, my last online shopping experience was a total letdown. The customer service was the worst - they didn't help at all and made returning stuff a total nightmare. When I tried to send something back, the website didn't have any clear instructions. I had to call some phone number and that just made things even more annoying.
