Copper fire pit, kitchen knife, and Christmas ornaments
I just bought a copper fire pit, a kitchen knife, and some Christmas ornaments from Riverbend Home. I'm really happy with the whole experience. They shipped my order quickly and made sure everything was well-packed to avoid any damage during delivery. When I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of each item, especially considering how affordable they were. The copper fire pit looks great and works well, the kitchen knife is sharp and sturdy, and the Christmas ornaments are beautifully made. I'm overall really happy with my purchase and the quality of the products.
Ornament and Christmas lights
I ordered this cute ornament and some big bulb Christmas lights from Riverbend Home. They were wrapped up nice and tight, so they arrived in perfect condition. The ornament was safely snug in a box with bubble wrap, and the Christmas lights had extra padding in their box. They shipped it using UPS, and it got to me super quick. Even though Christmas had already come and gone, they made sure it arrived in time for next year. Riverbend Home really knows how to handle their shipments - nothing broke in transit!
Light fixture
I recently bought a light fixture from this company's website, but it didn't go as smoothly as I expected. I found a great deal on a light fixture that was in stock, which was the main reason I chose it. But after I ordered it, I got an email saying it was actually backordered. I was pretty bummed out by that because I specifically picked it because it was in stock. So I ended up canceling my order and told the company they should update their website to be more accurate and not mislead other customers. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they've done anything to fix the problem.
Movie screen
I have sent 4 emails with no response. The Shop App does not have any information and the only bit of tracking is their own order #. No email with receipt info and no idea of when delivery will take place. I want the item but I don't want fraudulent services on my account. I can't decide whether or not to file dispute charges with my bank. I read their FAQs and it seems that no one manning this business and it should have been identified as buyer beware .
Outdoor Movie Screen
Absolutely no follow up regarding order. Have sent two emails to follow up on order placed in May and there has been no reply. None. No shipping information or anything. However, the payment was taken from my account. There is no phone number to speak with anyone. Never again. Terrible company. It will not allow me to give 0 or one Stars. I was forced to choose two.

Now crickets! Horrible business service sense!you placed your order with Riverbend shop not riverbend home they are two different companies.
I'm very disappointed. emailed serval times. no response back. now the site states they have moved. this makes me angry. I ordered 2 months ago.
Same here, I’ve sent 4 emails, no response, they did take the money out of my account, but no delivery info. Not sure what to do next.....
