I tried out some oils from Rocky Mountain Oils, thinking it might be a nice change from my usual brand, but it's turned into a mess. These oils made my skin break out, and the customer service has been terrible. I decided to return both orders because I couldn't deal with products causing skin issues. The website says they have an easy refund policy, but that's not true. I've been talking to customer service a bunch of times, and I still haven't gotten my money back. The last email I got said I'd only get part of my money back and that I was being charged for a product I sent back unopened. It's annoying to have to fight for something that should be simple. Don't shop here if you care about your time and money.

I ordered these essential oils from this one place because I heard they were amazing, right? But can you believe it, the package never showed up! I even paid extra for faster delivery, but then out of nowhere my order got canceled! I tried reaching out to them but never heard back. It's such a bummer, like why would they do me dirty like that?

I usually buy my essential oils from this company, and they've been great for what I need. But recently, I had a weird and annoying experience with their customer service. So, I got this promo email with a discount code, but when I punched it in, it didn't work. I called customer service and they said they never send out discounts for that much. I sent them the email with the code, but they said they couldn't give me the discount without sending it to the office first. When I asked why, they just hung up on me. Finally, after talking to a manager who didn't care about my issues, they said I'd get the discount and an extra $10. All in all, the customer service was total crap - stubborn, irritating, and frankly unsettling. Because of that, I'm not buying from them anymore.
