I just got some knives from this store, and man, I really dig the quality and design. But, dang, I was bummed to find out that a bunch of the knives I wanted were sold out. I wish there were more choices in stock 'cause there were a ton of other knives I had my eye on. The ones I did grab were awesome, but now I'm itching for more.
Katana and armor helmet
I had to return some items for a refund or exchange, but they told me I'd have to pay for shipping in either case, and I think that's totally unfair since it was their mistakes that caused the problem in the first place. And as if that wasn't bad enough, when I tried to leave a review about my negative experience on their website, they deleted it right away. It seems like they only care about keeping their perfect 5-star rating no matter what. All in all, this company's products and services are really not up to par, so I'd advise others to be careful when dealing with them.
