GREENWICH DRESS and SHOREDITCH CULOTTE
the cut is nice but the fabric....omg the fabric, it feels like it's going to tip apart. the cotton is so thin and just poor quality. I bought them on sale and I will keep them because I like the cut and the return policy is bad, but it IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE TAG.
Apartment pant, Finsbury pant, and one other
BUYER BEWARE! I would give zero stars if possible. I have bought three pairs of pants, which were cheaply made and erratically sized. The company has a sorry 14-day window returns, the online return system rejects returns even within that window, and customer "service" alternates between chirpy but unhelpful emails and no response at all. My timely return has been rejected and I have no recourse!! Saint and Sofia is a marketing company with pretty photos, not a quality clothing company.
Finsbury Pant
I can't tell wether the quality of the products is good, but according to the reviews on TrustPilot they're not. My order was never shipped even though their customer service says it was. The track & trace only shows that shipment info is uploaded, which is obviously not the same as actually sending it.
They will tell you it's because of Covid19 but it's not as I have ordered with other shops internationally with no problem at all, using the same courier. Don't shop here!Noho Boot/ Florence paisley blouse
Returned both items separately. Never received the refunds. What business does this? Not very trustworthy. Sketchy. This was Nov/Dec.
Rock & Roll Scarf
Ordered, paid NEVER RECEIVED. No communication. Tracking # incorrect with DHL. No return email. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND.Service 0
So I received my rock and roll scarf, but there was a flaw on it. I emailed them, sent picture of flaw and they said to mail it back and I would receive a new one. I mailed it out. The day after I emailed them again for a tracking number, this woman told me to keep the original scarf and they would send another one. She was very apologetic for the damaged scarf. I told this woman that scarf was enroute to their return site and I requested that return fee be crudités today my credit card, it was soon after. If I had waited a few days to mail back original scarf, I would have had 2 for the price of one. Flaw was small enough to hide, but I paid a high price for it and that is why I emailed them for a new one. I do love my scarf , even thou they do take a while to get, they are coming from out of USA.
Sunset dress
On Instagram the ad Zfesturing the Sunset Dress ($60.00) said “sold out in three hours!”
I went right away to find it. It came on navy, black, orange, olive and other colors and I immediately checked the sizing and saw they had three or four remaining in size 8! How could it be sold out if I just saw their ad and was able to order it?
I ordered it so fast but I received a notice that my purchase was declined (I had entered the wrong information apparently, just enough so my credit card company flagged it.
I still wanted it and was going to reorder it (the CC company said I would have to do it over again) but forget it. I’m GLAD my purchase was declined after reading the reviews! I ordered the 31 inch inseam, after a very long shipping period, I received the 28 inch inseam pants.
I emailed them about it and they ended up refusing to pay for return shipping.
They require that items be returned with tracking, which costed $8.50, so I had to pay for their mistake! I will never shop at a business that takes no personal responsibility and instead makes the customer pay for their wrong doing. Also the pants were very unattractive and the material was this thick scratchy low quality polyester. Terrible customer service.
