don’t count on downloads here. Tried five times to get a single sheet, kept failing — awkward portal, clunky checkout. Fortunately I found another site that worked instantly, so all's well that ends well, but avoid this one.
Handy but flawed
It’s useful but not perfect. I needed parts for a run-through because my hands and back hate hauling a full folio, and this mostly did the job. Notes can be a bit blurry, shipping is pricey, and I wish spiral binding were standard — still, I’ll order individual pieces again.
Shows up when I need it
I've been grabbing printed and digital sheet music from them for years because my band practices on weekends and I hate scrambling. One thing I didn't expect was how fast replacements arrive, had to swap a part last minute and they shipped same day. Reliable, friendly, no drama.
Nice paper, awful checkout
I needed a handful of copies for my community choir (I'm the director, group) and the music itself looked fine — paper decent — but the site forced a minimum order of ten, which was annoying. Customer support was slow, so I ended up stuck with extras.
Still waiting, honestly
Halfway through October I kept checking the mailbox — I’d ordered two books back in September because the site looked legit. First impression was good, then radio silence. One supposedly shipped, but December now and still nothing. Asked twice and got the runaround. Kinda annoyed.

Cheap edition, awkward return
Not worth buying. I needed the Turina trio for a last-minute rehearsal and expected a proper edition, but got a cheaply bound scan that's basically what's on IMSLP. I had to push them to get return postage, which was annoying, though they finally paid. Glad it ended without extra cost, but still pretty disappointed.
Worked, then less so
Saw it first on a music forum — a buddy tipped me. I've used it for quick background tracks; downloads are fast and files play fine, but the cuts are sloppy and metadata's often wrong. The cashback that made it worthwhile disappeared with no warning. Not great, but usable.
Quick find, easy print
I was half-expecting a mess, but typing a few artist names or song titles popped up exactly what I needed. I bought a chart, downloaded the PDF and printed it in minutes — really simple. The library covers everything from beginner tunes to seriously advanced pieces. After trying clunky sites before, this was a small, happy relief.
Nice paper, wrong notes
I grabbed Glass' "Opening" from SheetMusicPlus after seeing it on their site and even tipped my pianist friend to try it. Struggled through weird notation errors — then, when I tried the corrected edition elsewhere, that’s when I was relieved. Weirdly, paper quality was nice, so mixed feelings.
Arrived okay, service not great
Got the sheet last month and, ugh, the score had several notation errors — at least five or six spots messed up. Delivery was quick, which I appreciated, but customer service refused a refund and offered nothing useful. Learned lesson; other shops fixed this faster. Glad it arrived though.
Found the sheet fast

Finally OK, not great
I was ready to bail after seeing the weird listed price and the cart adding extras, honestly. But when the box arrived and the item worked as described — that’s when I felt okay about it. Not smooth, and I missed being able to contact support, but compared to worse places I’ve used, it did the job. Wouldn't call it perfect.
Half-baked download
I grabbed this digital album last weekend because I saw a deal, but man — getting the files took forever. When they finally showed up they looked like bad scans, grainy PDFs with weird glitches, like someone photocopied a cassette. Sound quality suffers. Weirdly, the track names and liner notes were intact — that surprised me. Won't be buying from here again.
Hidden charges, sadly
Not worth blind trust. I picked a few scores because I needed copies for a last-minute recital, but the advertised "sale" price on the product page didn’t match my cart — about a dollar more per item. Also, adding items defaulted to multiples so I had to fix quantities. Tried to get help? No real way to reach a rep. Frustrating, honestly.
Reluctant relief
I bought two books as gifts in December and opened one in January to check quality. At first the books looked fine. Then family illness meant I needed to return them. Communication was slow and cold, which annoyed me. Finally, when they agreed to a partial refund after a second request, I felt relieved and a bit satisfied, oddly.
Moving day download mess
Halfway through moving day I needed a playlist to keep me sane and help my aching back, bought some tracks but couldn't download them because an old password kept popping back up. Followed the automated fixes a dozen times, begged for a call. Slow support, wrong instructions, but finally someone helped and the files arrived. Still annoying, but relieved it worked.
Glad I didn't bail
pleasant surprise. Kinda relieved and happy I stuck with it.
Left hanging since March
I ordered supplies for our school district back in March and at first the website looked fine, everything seemed straightforward. But after I sent the PO it went quiet. The phone just rings and rings, no live person ever picks up — I've tried and tried, pressed every button. It's the one big problem here. I was pretty annoyed and would like someone to reach out; a real human, not just voicemail. Still hopeful they fix this.
Finally reached someone
I wasn't sure at first — my stomach dropped when calls went straight to no one. We needed these items for our school district, sent a P.O., and I kept trying to track the order since March. I called a bunch, felt ignored, then finally someone picked up and helped me figure out where the order was. Big relief — the rep was patient and fixed it. Happy it worked out.
