Halfway through month seven I almost gave up — emails, excuses about the publisher, no refund offered — but then, out of the blue, they sent a real tracking number and the package actually arrived. It wasn’t perfect (long delay, a few vague replies), but that tracking moment, seeing it move, made me relax. If you order, be ready to nag and wait, but it can work out. Patience recommended and a little humor.
Accused, then slow on the refund
I ordered something I was going to use at home for weekend projects. Later I found the order canceled with no heads-up, and customer service basically accused me of trying to scam them — which felt awful. The product itself looked useful and I still wanted it, but I had to chase the refund and it took way too long. Not the worst, but I’ll be careful next time.
Couldn't reach them, but order arrived
check payment routes first if you're ordering for a company.
Surprisingly showed up, but still messy
double-check your address before you hit buy, saves a headache. So bring patience.
Finally usable, but communication was lousy
it arrived and it’s useful, but the whole experience was messy. I bought a tiny Scriabin collection for daily practice and teaching, waited about a month with zero updates and felt stuck. An email reply said it was backordered by the publisher — why not tell me that earlier? The music itself is great and I use it every day, but the poor communication left me skeptical at first.
Porch sigh of relief
It wasn't until the box was on my porch that I actually relaxed. I paid for 3–5 day shipping for choir music and for almost three weeks I kept checking my email and calling. First they said there was a 1–2 week preship window, then one rep promised it would ship that day. When it finally showed up (two weeks and six days later) the books were fine and the group was happy, but I was annoyed I paid extra and got no refund — overall okay, but sketchy shipping.
Small audio surprise
I first saw this album on a friend's playlist and thought, why not—ordered it, paid for two-day shipping because I was impatient. At first I was annoyed when it didn't arrive when promised and service was a bit shruggy, but after a call (a little back-and-forth) they sorted it and I finally got the download. The files sound great, easy to use in my car and on my phone, nice deep bass, not overcooked. So yeah, skeptical at first, ended up happy — would recommend.
Practice saver
I needed decent oboe parts for church and didn't want to drive twenty miles every week, so I tried this site. At first I was skeptical — oboe music is usually a pain to track down — but when I could play along with the backing tracks and the PDFs matched, I realized this was working. I even ordered the same MP3 twice by mistake; they refunded me without fuss. The prices were lower than I expected too. Solid, no surprises except pleasant ones.
Scavenger-hunt to the music
Weirdly, the PDF was great, but getting to it felt like a scavenger hunt. Bought sheet music for weekly piano practice and the music itself was fine — clear, readable, saved me time — but man, they bounced me through three different logins and pages before I could finally open the file. Only thing in my email was a cover image, so I had to click through the order page, sign in somewhere else, then again... a pain. Still using the score though; hope they simplify it. Frustrating but usable, overall happy I can practice.
Click maze then usable file
Weirdly, I needed this for a last-minute recital — had a bad experience with another vendor before, so I was on edge. Getting the music meant logging into one page, then another, then a third before the PDF finally loaded. The confirmation email just showed a cover image, so I had to chase links and passwords, which felt unnecessary. I was skeptical, but customer service replied to my ticket and eventually sent a direct link. The sheet was correct and printable. Delivery flow needs fixing, but support made it usable.
Morning surprise
Funny how a small thing can mess up your evening — I ordered the Mannheim Steamroller Christmas play‑along thinking I'd get a CD to use with my flute during my nightly practice and when I sing with friends. Instead it was an MP3 download, which I can't really use — I'm not tech‑savvy and I don't want to buy new gear. I tried emailing for help several times, ended up leaving this review, and the reply from Amy didn't really fix anything. The delivery/format info was unclear. I'd appreciate a refund; I won't be using this file.
Mailbox roulette
I ordered two sheet-music books back in September but hesitated because of shipping costs and some odd reviews — still bought them since I needed them for daily practice and teaching. Months later, nothing. I emailed in November and got no reply; a few days later they said the items were shipped but there was no tracking info. My account shows "shipped Nov 28" to the wrong address, so I emailed again and finally got a reply (relief). It's better than silence, but as of January I still don't have the books. I paid $56.69 and I'm still waiting.
A redesign that lost more than it gained
huh, this feels off. The skinny type is hard to read — honestly harder for older eyes — and the sample pages are way fewer than before. But the worst bit? I had to reset my password and my old Comcast-linked account is gone, which seems to mean I lose access to paid digital issues. Frustrating, and kind of careless. Support was ok, but still, they could've handled migration better.
Wrong format, slow help
it was MP3s, not the CD play‑along I expected. I'm 79 and don't mess with new gadgets. I emailed a few times and got nowhere, so I left a review out of frustration. Amy replied but didn't really help. In the end they refunded me and I ordered a CD version that should arrive soon. Delivery itself was fine. I'm glad it worked out, but the customer service could use some real improvement.
Misleading Black Friday deal
don’t rely on their sale emails. I needed a few pieces of sheet music quickly for a student recital and jumped on their Black Friday promo because it sounded straightforward — 15% off, 50% off shipping, plus a $10 future coupon. I met the $30 minimum and entered the code, but none of the discounts showed up in checkout. Customer service gave a shrug, said to place the order and they'd "adjust it later." That felt off, so I cancelled and bought the same items elsewhere for less. Pretty disappointed and a bit annoyed — not a huge drama, but I won't risk it again. If you're pressed for time, look elsewhere.
Digital mess, paper salvation
I was sure this would be painless — buy, click, play — but nope. The file they emailed looked legit until my laptop shrugged and refused to open it (just gibberish). I fiddled with different programs, restarted, cursed softly, then emailed support asking them to send a mailed copy instead. Got a very neutral "sent" reply that didn’t solve anything (felt like one of those robot acknowledgements). Sent another note, and finally someone actually popped a real sheet in the post. Holding paper that actually prints and stays put on the stand was strangely gratifying — you can scribble fingerings, fold a corner, all the good analog stuff. Sounded fine, layout was clean, no weird formatting when I printed it. So yeah, the online delivery was a mess and the first responses were lazy, but the product in hand worked great. If you want to avoid the hassle, ask for mail from the start — saves emails and the existential dread of corrupt files.
Quick-but-messy delivery
I was actually excited to get these two music tracks fast, paid for 2-day air and then watched the tracking switch to standard — odd. I messaged the seller and attached a screenshot showing the 2-day charge and the later change; no clear reply yet, so I'm taking it to my bank tomorrow if needed. That said, the package is en route (FedEx Ground) and items look fine. I've had better follow-up from other places, but I'm sticking with them for the product quality — hoping customer service steps up. Little annoying, but fixable, I think. Not ideal, but I'll update later.
Relief after a bumpy download
it played fine, a couple of little notational quirks (tiny sharps showing where I expected none), but nothing that wrecked the run. I messaged customer service just to be safe and they were great — quick reply, asked for proof of purchase, sent an updated file within hours. Delivery of the corrected file was clean and seamless (no fuss). Honestly I’m pretty happy it worked out; grateful they handled it so fast. Price is reasonable for the convenience, and I’m back to enjoying the piece. Tip: peek at the preview, but don’t panic — support will usually sort it.
Small purchase, big frustration
I spotted the site after a friend shared a link — looked legit and the single piano piece I wanted was only a few bucks, so I thought why not. Paid the $3.99 and expected to open it on my iPad right away. Thing is, the purchase confirmed by email and PayPal, but the music never showed up in my account. I signed out, signed back in, tried a different browser, even checked the spam folder — nothing. It’s weird because the checkout felt smooth, and I actually liked the piece from the preview. So there’s that small spark of positive, but using it? Not happening. Customer support was slow to respond and didn’t fix it quickly, which made the whole thing drag. I told the friend who sent the link to hold off until I knew it worked. Annoying more than angry — I’d try again if they sort out the delivery glitches, but for now I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
Last-minute panic that didn’t quite pan out
price seemed high, and I almost went with Amazon out of habit. But SheetMusicPlus used to be the obvious choice, so I figured I’d give them a shot and paid extra for express shipping. That was the hope. In practice, the PDF/score itself would have been fine — I’ve used their editions before and the print is clean — but the delivery part fell apart. The package never arrived and ended up being returned as “undeliverable.” They refunded the cost of the music quickly enough, which I appreciated, but when I asked about the express shipping charge they basically told me to take it up with the carrier. That left a sour taste. So my initial skepticism about reliability wasn’t fully eased. On the plus side, the product quality met expectations and the refund for the item was straightforward. Bottom line: good source for actual sheet quality, annoying shipping and mixed service. For now I’ll probably go back to Amazon or the publisher when deadlines are tight.
