Halfway through moving day I needed a playlist to keep me sane and help my aching back, bought some tracks but couldn't download them because an old password kept popping back up. Followed the automated fixes a dozen times, begged for a call. Slow support, wrong instructions, but finally someone helped and the files arrived. Still annoying, but relieved it worked.
Glad I didn't bail
pleasant surprise. Kinda relieved and happy I stuck with it.
Left hanging since March
I ordered supplies for our school district back in March and at first the website looked fine, everything seemed straightforward. But after I sent the PO it went quiet. The phone just rings and rings, no live person ever picks up — I've tried and tried, pressed every button. It's the one big problem here. I was pretty annoyed and would like someone to reach out; a real human, not just voicemail. Still hopeful they fix this.
Finally reached someone

A redesign that lost more than it gained
huh, this feels off. The skinny type is hard to read — honestly harder for older eyes — and the sample pages are way fewer than before. But the worst bit? I had to reset my password and my old Comcast-linked account is gone, which seems to mean I lose access to paid digital issues. Frustrating, and kind of careless. Support was ok, but still, they could've handled migration better.

If you want to avoid the hassle, ask for mail from the start — saves emails and the existential dread of corrupt files.
