I was actually excited to get these two music tracks fast, paid for 2-day air and then watched the tracking switch to standard — odd. I messaged the seller and attached a screenshot showing the 2-day charge and the later change; no clear reply yet, so I'm taking it to my bank tomorrow if needed. That said, the package is en route (FedEx Ground) and items look fine. I've had better follow-up from other places, but I'm sticking with them for the product quality — hoping customer service steps up. Little annoying, but fixable, I think. Not ideal, but I'll update later.
Relief after a bumpy download
it played fine, a couple of little notational quirks (tiny sharps showing where I expected none), but nothing that wrecked the run. I messaged customer service just to be safe and they were great — quick reply, asked for proof of purchase, sent an updated file within hours. Delivery of the corrected file was clean and seamless (no fuss). Honestly I’m pretty happy it worked out; grateful they handled it so fast. Price is reasonable for the convenience, and I’m back to enjoying the piece. Tip: peek at the preview, but don’t panic — support will usually sort it.
Small purchase, big frustration
I spotted the site after a friend shared a link — looked legit and the single piano piece I wanted was only a few bucks, so I thought why not. Paid the $3.99 and expected to open it on my iPad right away. Thing is, the purchase confirmed by email and PayPal, but the music never showed up in my account. I signed out, signed back in, tried a different browser, even checked the spam folder — nothing. It’s weird because the checkout felt smooth, and I actually liked the piece from the preview. So there’s that small spark of positive, but using it? Not happening. Customer support was slow to respond and didn’t fix it quickly, which made the whole thing drag. I told the friend who sent the link to hold off until I knew it worked. Annoying more than angry — I’d try again if they sort out the delivery glitches, but for now I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
Last-minute panic that didn’t quite pan out
price seemed high, and I almost went with Amazon out of habit. But SheetMusicPlus used to be the obvious choice, so I figured I’d give them a shot and paid extra for express shipping. That was the hope. In practice, the PDF/score itself would have been fine — I’ve used their editions before and the print is clean — but the delivery part fell apart. The package never arrived and ended up being returned as “undeliverable.” They refunded the cost of the music quickly enough, which I appreciated, but when I asked about the express shipping charge they basically told me to take it up with the carrier. That left a sour taste. So my initial skepticism about reliability wasn’t fully eased. On the plus side, the product quality met expectations and the refund for the item was straightforward. Bottom line: good source for actual sheet quality, annoying shipping and mixed service. For now I’ll probably go back to Amazon or the publisher when deadlines are tight.
Instant download? Not quite.
checkout was smooth and PayPal took the money immediately (which felt reassuring in a weird way). But the files never showed up in my digital library. I refreshed, logged out, logged back in. The site even said “wait ten minutes” so I waited. Two hours later still nothing. That detail — the missing download — is the whole issue and it’s maddening because it’s such a tiny, concrete promise that just… didn’t happen. Customer service? Phone and chat were basically ghosts. So yeah, I was later, stressed, and stuck in LA traffic with no parts to hand to the other musicians. Small positive: the site billed me properly and the UI wasn’t confusing, so ordering itself wasn’t the problem. But when the one thing you rely on (the download) fails on the day of the gig, it overshadows everything. Frustrating, would hesitate to use again.
Missing most of the score
basically two instrumental parts, nothing else. Tried to sight-read with what I got, which is pointless — you can’t actually use two pages when you need the whole score. Customer rep (Amy S.) kept insisting I’d missed a note on their product page that never showed up for me, then pushed the confusion back to the publisher. Retailer shift, which is annoying because the ad was their responsibility. They did offer a refund but only once I sent the music back, and the prepaid label they emailed is only valid for US postage. I’m in Canada, so I’d be out about $20 to return something that cost less than that. Small odd positive: the two pages that arrived were printed cleanly, paper felt decent, and delivery was fairly quick. Still — not what I needed. My advice: double-check previews, ask for clarification before you buy, or shop elsewhere. I wish they handled returns and advertising more clearly; that would solve most of this mess.
Almost playable, almost
just two instrumental parts, nothing else. The paper felt flimsy, the printing fine but obviously incomplete, and I sat there tapping my pencil, trying to imagine the rest. I tried to sight-read one of the parts anyway, but it’s awkward to use a single part when you expected the whole set. First impression was frustration more than anything; it could have been exciting to unpack a new edition and play through it.
Not great — especially if you need it soon
this is not the place to go if timing matters. A friend tipped me about them and I ordered something because, sure, I trusted the rec, but the whole thing turned into a waiting game. My package shipped on April 23rd and then vanished into post-office purgatory. I called customer service, and they basically told me there’s a normal window for delivery and to give it another week. I said, “It looks stuck at a post office, can you check?” — and that was it. No follow-up, no call to the post office, nothing. Later I got an email saying I’d already agreed to wait more, which I didn’t agree to. Maybe there’s a recording that proves otherwise, but from my side it felt like they were closing the file, not solving it.
One useful thing to know: they ship via UPS from their warehouse and then hand off to USPS if you gave a PO Box. That reroute seems to be where things go sideways — my item sat in limbo for weeks. So yes, if you have a physical address, you’ll probably see it sooner; if you only have a PO Box, consider ordering elsewhere or be ready to wait. The product itself was fine once it arrived, so it’s not all bad, but the communication and the delivery chain could use work. Frustrating, useful, and annoying all at once — I’d recommend with caution and only if you can give a street address. That weird mix of great music, messy shipping
I ripped the envelope open on my couch, put the record on, and for a minute I forgot the whole shipping headache — the vinyl sounds warm and full, the sleeve has that nice weight, and the lyrics are way clearer than on the streaming version. So the product itself? Love it, really. But getting it here was a bit of a saga. The first package apparently went missing (tracking stopped and I was left guessing), and I spent a lot of time ping-ponging between UPS and the seller. Customer service was polite — not rude — but felt kind of distant, like they were filing a ticket rather than actually listening. I asked for a refund at one point and heard nothing for a while, which annoyed me. On the bright side, after I pushed again they ended up shipping a replacement at no extra charge and it arrived via FedEx a day earlier than the new ETA. So yeah, the company did fix it in the end, and I feel a little guilty putting all the blame on them since UPS seemed unreliable. If you care about the item itself — the way it plays, the packaging, the little details — you'll be happy. If you care about stress-free delivery, be ready to follow up. Compared to other places I've ordered vinyl from, this one was slower on communication but not worse in the long run. Just keep an eye on tracking and don't be shy about reaching out more than once.
Cheap shipping, and it shows
product price is low, but the delivery choice and how they handle questions made me regret the savings. If you need the item reliably and want peace of mind, consider paying a bit more elsewhere or supporting a local shop. I’m still waiting on the books, and the doubt I had before buying? Mostly confirmed.
Finally arrived — what a ride
the box was fine, the thing inside looked exactly like the pictures, and it worked right away. I started using it that evening and, honestly, there was this tiny relief-burst — kind of like finding your keys after looking under the couch for half an hour. What clinched it for me was the first real use: no weird smells, no defects, and it did what it was supposed to do without drama. Customer service, on the other hand, was meh — I called, they were polite but kept saying "please allow more time," which I get, but it felt like a shrug more than help. Also learned the hard way: if you give a PO Box, this company ships UPS then hands off to USPS and your package can sit in limbo. Annoying, and they don't proactively explain that. Still, I'm grateful it finally showed up and worked; that's why I ended up satisfied despite the headache. So: happy with the product, annoyed with the delivery dance and the bland customer responses. If you can use a street address, do that — saves you the anxiety. In the end, relief and a little thank-you-moment when it actually worked made the whole thing worth it.
Clarinet Quartet Music
I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate the different clarinet quartet music options on the site. Although, I wish there were more challenging pieces to pick from. The site was user-friendly, and I got my music without any problems right on time. All in all, it was a decent experience.
Baroque music book
I was pretty let down by the Baroque music book I bought. The music choices for the time period I wanted were solid and I found what I was after. But man, the book itself was just poorly printed and way too cluttered with info on every page. It made it really hard to read. I care about getting good quality stuff that's easy to read, so I was pretty bummed about the product.
Gift for music teacher brother
Okay, so I had to grab some sheet music for my brother's birthday, you know? He's over in the Philippines and he mentioned really wanting that Leron Leron Sinta piece, but couldn't track it down. Google came through for me and I found a website where I could buy it and send it to him with the help of my niece. It felt like a little secret operation, but it all came together perfectly! My brother was thrilled and it made his birthday extra awesome. Thanks for helping me win the best sister award!

There's so much variety out there, from classical tunes to the latest hits, and Sheet Music has got it all. Digital sheet music for printing on lightweight card stock
When I'm buying digital sheet music, I really appreciate being able to print it on that lightweight card stock. I find it just sits nicely on the stand without worrying about turning pages. Although, there have been times when I accidentally bought the wrong arrangement. That just shows how essential it is to be able to check out the arrangement before buying it.
Easy to find and purchase sheet music
I was really happy with my purchase of sheet music from this website. It was super easy to find the music I wanted and the whole process of buying it was a breeze. I liked how everything was simple and easy to understand, which made it a stress-free experience for me. Plus, when I finished my purchase, the sheet music was sent to my email right away, just like they said they would. I was impressed by how quickly it was delivered, and I could start practicing the music immediately. Overall, I was satisfied with the accuracy and quality of the sheet music I got. It was just as described on the website, and I felt good about my purchase. Great job to the team for making sure it was a smooth and dependable shopping experience for musicians like me.
Incomplete Audio
I bought a piece of music that only had a preview of the first page audio. I thought that buying it would also include the whole audio, but it didn't. I emailed customer service to see if I could get the full audio from the arranger, but never heard back from them. I was left feeling let down and annoyed by the lack of communication.
Variety of music, prompt delivery
I just bought some stuff online and I was happy with all the different kinds of music they had and how quickly my order arrived. But, I gotta say, I wasn't too crazy about the new website layout when I was trying to find certain songs. The way it used to be set up was a lot easier to get around and get things done.
Sheet music with spiral binding
I bought some sheet music from this store recently and I was pretty happy with how it all went. Ordering was easy, and my stuff arrived quickly. The spiral binding on the sheet music was really handy because it kept the pages flat while I was playing. Only thing was, the print size was a tad small for my liking. I would have liked it better if the print was a bit bigger to make it easier to read while playing. Despite that little hiccup, I still thought the sheet music was good quality and matched what I ordered.
