    I've had nothing but great experiences with this company every time I've ordered from them. The staff has always been super helpful and made ordering online so easy. I really like how user-friendly their website is, it's so simple to use and find what I'm looking for.     I bought some clothes from this store recently and man, they were a huge let-down. I was super careful with washing them and wearing them, but the stitching on the hems and seams just fell apart so easily. It's not cool at all, I want the stuff I buy to last and be well-made.

I was so let down by their return policy - like seriously, if you're gonna promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, the least you could do is pay for the return shipping too! And $9.95 for return shipping? Not cool, dude. Definitely won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, ordering adaptive clothing items that have really made a difference in my life. But recently, I had a frustrating problem with my order. Since the company moved operations to the US, I noticed that purchases are now charged in USD instead of CAD, even though the website still shows CAD prices. This caused some confusion and made the pricing less transparent. When I had to return an item, I was refunded much less than what I originally paid, and the customer service rep couldn't really explain why. It left me feeling let down and frustrated by the poor service and lack of accountability. So, I've decided to take my business elsewhere and support Canadian companies that offer better prices and customer service.

    I had a pretty crappy experience with the return policy at this store. I bought something that didn't fit right, so I tried to send it back. But, turns out I had to pay for the return label and didn't get my original shipping costs refunded. So basically, I lost $20 on this item that was supposed to be for an elderly person. And to top it off, the customer service person wasn't much help in explaining how the return process works.

    I'm really bummed about how my return went down at that store. They hit me with a $9.95 charge for a shipping label, like their policy said, but then they also took out the original shipping costs from my refund. So I ended up shelling out $20 total for this return, which is just not cool. Yeah, they were quick with giving me my money back, but the sneaky fees and not being upfront about the return policy? Left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be coming back to shop here, that's for sure.
