Other than forcing me to sit and enjoy the relaxing feeling of the Sola wave wand for the past three weeks, it did absolutely nothing to change ... appearance. Just got my order together to mail back as instructed....return service instructions were quick and easy. A return label was also provided for printing regarding free return shipping. Glad I tried it, but for the money and results, I was disappointed.

This is a total waste of money! I used it the first time, it worked great. Then the next time I went to use it, it didn't work....!!!! What a joke for the price!!! No one will return an email or answer the phone!!! This company is a complete rip off!!!!!! The only thing they know how to do is take your money!!!!
Sola Wave
After many complaints to Sola Wave's customer support, they sent me a new Sola Wave Wand. It works as it should. The previous unit was defective because it would not take a charge anymore. I only used it 3 times before it stop working. Thank you Sola Wave for your support. Now I have the chance to try out the wand to my face.
SolaWave Wand
I love this mighty tool. my forehead lines are diminishing and my cheeks and lips look plumper. battery lasts a while for me, I am getting at least a week and a half of daily use out of this. Also great customer service , I asked them to rush order me more serum since I ran out and they went above and beyond!!

obsessed with this thing. arrived SAME DAY for free shipping (never experienced that before except for amazon prime now) - applied the serum, followed the tutorial, started seeing results in 3 or 4 days. customer service texted me a few times to make sure I was happy with it, I finally wrote them back and got a few questions answered. really happy with this purchase.

Ordered a kit after my GF was raving about the product. I received mine in 2 days (free shipping) and can’t put this thing down. It feels so good. My husband keeps telling me I look younger- I am thrilled. Also great customer service.

It stopped in less than a week! There is no response.... They pay big $$$ for media buying but cheap as ... product!

To anyone reading this, this is yet another example of a cheesy, not reputable ripoff scam company LaDuora selling a copycat product with horrible reviews and quality. Don’t get scammed by them like I was. They have been posting these types of fake reviews all over Solawave’s pages and i fell for it and immediately returned that piece of junk and bought a solawave. You get what you pay for.
I just think you are a paid customer by solawave.. I see what i see same.. on amazon unverified bias solawave reviews on "amazon" and so many unhappy purchase by "verified customers" on amazon. So you say even Amazon is wrong ? If they are scam, how come they are prime on Amazon again you are just a paid fake customer like so many fake reviews by Solawave!

2 Solawaves - one for a friend's birthday
Customer service is non-existent. I ordered one for a friend's birthday and immediately sent word to customer service that I need to make sure the invoice wasn't with the product and there was nowhere on the site to allow me to say who it was from. NO REPLY
Paid extra for quick 2-3 day shipping. Over 7 days now. Sent an email to customer service - NO REPLY
I am so angry that I have been conned this way. I spend over $300 with them and they treat you like dirt! They have a phone number on their website - NO ONE ANSWERS
The email address on their website bounces back with no reply
And lets not use COVID as an excuse. An email can be answered. A phone number can be forwarded. Just for Christ's sake, reply to your customers !!!!Hi Leora. Hi Leora, it's the CS lead of SolaWave checking in. I apologize you were not able to get anyone on the phone - we did not receive a voicemail and we only have 2 people at a time operating the phones, though we will take this feedback into consideration and add more CS people as our sales have increased. As you pointed out, COVID didn't cause the delay here, a spike in calls did and the lack of voicemail made it impossible to log the issue you were having. In terms of email, you were writing to the wrong email address, which I appreciate you sharing with me. Again I'm sorry the shipment was delayed due to the carrier, but I'm glad we found a solution in providing a free wand to your friend.
Rose color plus serum
I bought this based on the 30 day warranty. After 2 weeks I decided to return the item. I am just not the kind of person to use this on a regular basis. I went online and emailed the company as suggested...no response. Emailed again a few days later...no response. Filled out a form I found on their website...no response. My 30 days is coming to an end SOON. Not a happy customer!!!

They sent me a broken unit. I immediately messaged their support and never received a response (about 10 days so far). Messaged on Instagram and Facebook as well to no avail. For such an expensive item, you'd expect SOME sort of support, but it appears they have none. Im giving it till 14 days and filing a chargeback.

I never got to jse the SolaWave Wand. The charger would not plug into the wand. I have it packaged up to send back today. i tried to contact the company via their email, but got no responsed.
i am very disappointed.. I was looking forward to using this.
I'm hoping that they send me a replacemetnt, but i have a feeling they will want me to buy another unit.

Good luck getting a response. I have been trying and trying to return my wand for several weeks....no luck, (and yes, I used the .co)
Received the device yesterday - it won't hold a charge so I'm very disappointed. Have reached out to them via website but seeing all these reports here that they don't respond and that others also had this problem is upsetting. Will return for a full refund and not purchase another since the device doesn't seem reliable.
@Pamela I actually submerged my wand in water (totally my fault) and reached out because I can’t afford another one. They responded IMMEDIATELY and offered a free replacement. It was so kind of them. I don’t understand how these other commenters are having such a different experience than me.
