Golden HiLow Bed purchase
The salesperson I talked to was awesome! They really knew their stuff and gave me a bunch of info that I couldn't find on the website. Even though the site was a bit lacking in details, the sales rep really went the extra mile to help me out with my purchase. I thought the prices were on par with other places, maybe even a bit better. My only gripe is that they didn't have a ton of Lift Chairs in stock. But all in all, I'm really happy with my purchase of the Golden HiLow Bed.
Awesome Hospital Bed
I recently got a hospital bed and the delivery was quick and easy. The customer service was great and helped me make a decision. The "White Glove" delivery was okay - they put the bed where I wanted and set it up, but didn't really explain how to use it. I had to fix some electrical issues they didn't get right, which was frustrating. Despite that, everything turned out fine, and I now have an amazing bed that was definitely worth the price. I love it!
Assisted with a friend's lift purchase
When I was helping a friend order a new lift, I had to give them a ring to double-check their last purchase. The person I talked to was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed to make sure the order was right. They even went the extra mile and reached out to the provider to make sure about when it would be shipped. The whole customer service experience was top-notch and made the ordering process go really smoothly.
Power wheelchair purchase
The customer service was awesome - they really knew their stuff and explained all the options in detail. I never felt like they were pushing me to decide quickly, and I had plenty of time to think over everything. Being able to get a quote and talk it over with my partner before buying was a big help. The whole experience felt honest and focused on what I needed.
Electric wheelchair.
I just bought an electric wheelchair from Spinlife, and I'm mostly happy with how it turned out. But man, the delivery was a bit of a nightmare. The company they used wouldn't bring it to my place because of my gravel driveway. It was such a bummer when they called to set up the delivery. So, sadly, I had to cancel the order, even though I was so looking forward to getting my hands on that new wheelchair.
Electric wheelchair purchase
I had a great experience with customer service at Spinlife. I messed up the school district number when placing my order, and they were quick to get in touch to double-check the correct information. The employee was really on top of things and made sure my order was perfect.
Scooter purchase
The website was really easy to use and we found the perfect scooter for my grandma. It was neat watching the videos they had on some scooters, but we kinda wished they had videos for all of them. We ended up using their financing, which was pretty good and it made the whole experience hassle-free. Thanks SpinLife, we'll definitely come back!
Quality products !Quality price
Technically sound,easy operation and comfortable this is what I bought for my younger brother who become helpless due to physical inability just during hard covid time in June month Doctors took all best initiatives to back him in previous state of life but he can't.
As he is young and wish to see surroundings by his own way He wished to have open four wheeler scooter and chooses from this store I communicated with seller and recommend GB 148 Golden Technology four wheeler We also gone through all provisions and how much area can be covered as maximum and find great.
This was not a time to argue on prices and this way delivered within seven days time
My bro is happy with this scooter,this real worth of money.
