Madison & Hudson Dolman Color Block Pullover Sweater
I just received my new Madison & Hudson Dolman color block pullover sweater from Stein Mart. And I must say, I'm in love with this sweater. It's beautiful & amazing. It's cozy, it's warm,.., it's everything I could want in a sweater,...I could be buried in this sweater so I will be happy for eternity. (Oh,..my be I'm pushing too far, Lol)
So far no complaints. The sweater is sewn well, it fits as expected. In my case, I upsized my order so that I could have a nice, cozy, roomy, loose fit. I have ordered another regular size for a snug fit. Delivered on time. Waiting to see if it will shrink after washing. I really, really love shopping at this store! They seriously have the best selection of clothes and accessories, it's like a dream come true every time I walk in. And let me tell you, their customer service is on point - I totally messed up my online order with promo codes, but they were super quick to give me a credit, no questions asked. The only bummer is their return policy - you gotta pay to ship stuff back unless you can swing by a store in person. But honestly, I can't recommend this place enough for awesome deals and top-notch service!
Clothes
Shopping online at this store was so easy and stress-free, I couldn't believe it. They kept me in the loop about my order and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I was really happy with how fast my stuff was sent out and delivered in just a week. And the clothes were even better than I thought, especially for such a great price. I've already put in two more orders and it's been smooth sailing each time. I got my stuff quickly and everything was spot on. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Online purchase with promotional code
I had such an easy time ordering online with the discount promo code. When I went into the store, I got awesome help from the assistant manager. And you can't beat the prices!
Petite department and jewelry purchase
I recently bought some stuff from the petite section at the store and also got a few jewelry items online. While I really like the stuff and the quality of the products, my online shopping experience was pretty disappointing, to be honest. I tried to go for a shipping option that didn't involve UPS, but my packages still ended up with them. It was a real headache trying to keep track of my stuff and eventually getting it. The online customer service didn't really help much either, they were pretty unhelpful and didn't want to stick to the original prices I paid. Even though I like going into the store, this whole ordeal has me feeling unsure about shopping with them online again.
Variety of items for all customers with frequent sales
I really like all the stuff they have at the store - they've got something for everyone. And those sales they always have going on make it even better. I haven't tried shopping online there yet, but I might have to check out their website soon to see what that's like.
