I was searching for tiles for my bathroom for what felt like ages, but I finally stumbled upon the perfect 12 x 12 marble ones online. I was pretty anxious about buying them without actually seeing them in person, but they sent me some big samples which was really great! Henry was the one who assisted me and he was super helpful and patient even though I bombarded him with a ton of questions. The tiles arrived within just 2 weeks and were packaged up really well. I ordered a sample tile from your company last Saturday hoping to finish a home improvement project. Unfortunately, I realized on Sunday morning that there wasn't enough tile in stock to complete the job. I quickly sent an email asking to stop or cancel the order, but it seems like no one noticed until Monday morning because I didn't get a response. When I finally talked to someone on Monday, they said they would issue a refund, only to find out later that the tile had already been shipped. When it arrived, I was disappointed because it looked nothing like the examples on the website, even though I viewed it on both my PC laptop and iPad Pro. This whole situation has been really frustrating, especially when I think about how another supplier quickly canceled my sample order and issued a refund within an hour.

I don't usually write reviews, but I think it's important to let people know about my bad experience with this company. Their customer service was terrible. I sent back the tile without ever getting it and asked for a refund, but they only offered me a partial amount. It's been four months now and I still haven't gotten this sorted out. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare.

The customer service at the store was great, they really knew their stuff. But man, the delivery service they used was a huge letdown. They missed every appointment for 5 days straight and didn't bother to reach out to fix things. It wasn't until a week later that they finally dropped off my order, which was just not cool. Their unprofessionalism and terrible communication totally outweighed the good vibes I got from the store.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a certain set of tiles, but when they got delivered, I was so surprised to see that they sent me the wrong ones. And on top of that, some tiles were missing completely. I tried to get in touch with customer service a few times to fix the problem, but they never responded to my messages. The lack of communication and not fixing the order made me feel really annoyed and unhappy with the whole thing. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this company after what I went through.
Glass tile purchase
Oh my gosh, you guys, the glass tile I got is seriously stunning. It looks even better in real life than in the pictures online! It was a bit of a pain to install each piece, but it was totally worth it because it looks so beautiful. I had to get it really quickly, and the sales team totally came through for me with a rush order delivery. They're awesome!

Man, I ordered 4 tiles but only got 2. I reached out but never heard back, so I had to hit up another store to finish my project. Such a letdown!
Tile purchase for kitchen renovation
I bought some new tiles to redo my kitchen not too long ago. I placed the order on April 21st, but didn't hear anything until April 28th. I had to contact the vendor, and even then, I didn't get a response until May 2nd. It wasn't until I reached out again that they said they would ship my order right away. But, it still didn't show up until May 8th. It's frustrating that in this day and age, with all the technology we have, things should be moving faster. Customer communication should always be a priority and not left hanging.

The tile I bought had scratches on it when it arrived, so I reached out to the company to get a refund. It took me a few tries over three weeks to finally get the refund sorted out. At first, I was unsure if it was legit or not, but they did end up getting back to me and giving me my money back. It was just annoying how long it took to get everything sorted.
