Boots purchase, sizing issue
The customer service at this company was amazing. They were so helpful in fixing my sizing issue with the boots. The problem was that the sizing instructions they provided were a bit confusing. I ordered a larger size based on their recommendations, but when the boots came, they were still too big. I decided to keep them and use insoles to make them fit, but I wish the company had clearer sizing descriptions. It would be helpful if they explained whether the sizes are normal or true fit instead of just relying on the printed sizing sheet. It seems like a lot of customers have had the same problem, so it's definitely something that needs to be addressed. I couldn't return the boots because of the delivery delay, so now I have to deal with this issue. If they got the sizing descriptions right in the first place, it would have saved me a lot of trouble. It's a shame because accurate sizing could improve customer satisfaction and help the environment by reducing shipping costs and the company's carbon footprint.

Sensative mask, mini's, fragrance free, nourished hair, shiny, quick delivery
I just bought my daughter the Sensative Mask Mini's to give them a go, and I have to tell you, I'm so pleasantly surprised. The mask doesn't have any fragrance, yet it made her hair feel so nourished and super shiny. She liked it so much that she wanted the shampoo and conditioner set for Christmas. The mini's are a great deal, and I really suggest giving them a shot!

Compatibility issues with Homekit
I was pretty bummed that it didn't work with Homekit. It would have been nice to know that before I bought it. Also, it was a bummer that there weren't any decals or a sign for the front yard included, especially after dropping a good amount of cash on it.

Shoes, smaller sizing
I bought some shoes from Luxury Garage Sale and they looked just like they did in the pictures and were in good condition. But when I got them, they were smaller than I expected, which was disappointing. It kind of stunk to get a pair of shoes that didn't fit right. Fortunately, they made the return process quick and easy, which made the whole thing better for me. Even though the size was off, I still liked the quality of the shoes and how easy it was to return them to Luxury Garage Sale. I'll probably try them again in the future, and hopefully, the sizes will be right next time.

Pillow pad purchase for temperature regulation
This pillow pad from this company has totally changed how I sleep. I've always had trouble staying a comfortable temperature at night, always tossing and turning. But ever since I started using this pillow pad, I've seen a big difference. I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep better all night long. The way it controls the temperature is really amazing and has really improved my sleep quality. I would definitely suggest this product to anyone who has trouble with staying the right temperature while sleeping.

Large tile purchase
I gotta say, I was kind of unsure about ordering a bunch of tiles online. But, Emily's customer service was awesome and totally calmed me down. She sent out the samples I wanted super quick and answered all my questions, no problem. I was shocked when I ordered on a Friday night and got my box of beautiful tiles the next Friday, all safe and sound. This company is the real deal - great prices, top-notch products, and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Booking a flight
I recently booked a flight and it was alright. The flight was on time and the plane was clean, so that was good. But here's the thing - they make you pay at least 9€ to reserve a seat, and if you want extra legroom it could cost you up to 30€. Seems like a lot, right? But what really bugged me was that you can only use a credit card to reserve seats. I mean, come on! In this day and age, not accepting other forms of payment is just ridiculous. If you don't have a credit card, too bad, you're stuck in the middle seat. Not cool, dude.

Custom Packaging
I just got some custom packaging made for my new products from Emenac Packaging and I gotta say, it was a really good experience all around. Jeff Anderson who handled my order was awesome. He really paid attention to what I wanted, made sure I was happy with how everything turned out, and fixed any issues right away. You could tell he was really going out of his way to give great service. The packaging itself is top-notch quality and they really did a great job with all the little details. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Beautiful bag, but flawed design
The bag looks really nice, but the snaps don't line up right, so it's a pain to use. And on top of that, after just 6 months, the edges are already falling apart, which is a bummer.
