Damaged item purchase
I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a product that came all messed up, and when I asked for my money back, they just ignored me and tried to make me happy with discounts instead. They even wanted me to pay for shipping it back to Hong Kong, even though it was supposed to go back to a New Jersey address. They make it super hard for customers to get a refund for messed up stuff, hoping we'll just give up.

Book purchase - new thriller novel
SecondSale has a pretty good selection of books, but I think they could make some improvements to the ordering process. The website is a bit hard to navigate and not super user-friendly, so it took me longer than expected to find and buy the book I wanted. However, the prices were reasonable and I was happy to snag a new copy of a popular book at a discount. The customer service was just okay - nothing special, but nothing to really gripe about either. The delivery was fast and the book showed up in great shape. In general, SecondSale is a decent choice if you're on the hunt for cheap books, but don't anticipate a flawless experience.

When I got my Love Doll in the mail, I was really impressed with how they kept me updated on the shipping status the whole time. Rachelle from customer service was really nice and helpful, which made the whole experience feel more personal. When the package finally arrived, I was happy to see that the item was well protected and in perfect condition, all the way from the US to Germany. I am really happy with the service I received from Joy Love Doll overall.

Ordered a bunch of items for the first time from Soulmia (t-shirts, hoodies, a wrap dress). Items came fairly quickly considering I ordered from Australia, and sizing is accurate.

Poor quality T-shirts and prints
T-shirts are really poor quality, the "cotton" ones (as stated on their web) are only 70% cotton and 30% PES. Images on the T-shirts are "printed" as a thick "layer" rubber/paper...like the one you can do at home with an iron. Colors do not match and 2 of the 4 T-shirts I ordered have blurred/out of focus images. I will try to contact the seller for refund.
It took alittle over a month to get mine thought I had ordered real hoodie sweatshirt but no it's a thin 100% polyester not happy at all but I also should have payed more attention because I payed a lot more on this site than I would have at my regular stores ????
I ordered 4 t-shirts more than a month ago...I see 3 are shipped but still aren't in my country but I already got 3 emails asking me to comfirm delivery!!!! Never again .
Sorry guys. I ordered months ago and still haven’t received anything. Checked the tracker today and it said “delivered”. Complete BS. I just hope I receive my items and Soulmia hasn’t run off with my money: if they have, they have another thing coming.
I made an order at the beginning of this month and still no response from the company. I asked if they could let me know where in transit would my package be. I received a auto response saying that they would back with me. But still i havent yet hear from anyone. I understand that when purchases are made from China it takes time. But damn, this long, or this long to let me know where my purchase may be. The demand is far to much for this company to handle. All i can say is that i hope i get what i paid for. You may want to look somewhere else.
