I've been shopping at Sunsky-online for a while now and I'm pretty happy with their product prices, the accuracy of their descriptions, and how quickly they ship. But, I have to say, their packaging could be better. A few times I got stuff that was damaged because it wasn't packed well enough for shipping.
Cool stuff

The product came in a good package, which was nice. It took about 2 weeks to get here, but I was happy with how it was delivered and the product itself. However, I was a little let down by the adhesive size. I thought it would fit perfectly since it already had adhesive on it, but it ended up being a bit off. You could tell when looking closely at the phone or holding it.
User-friendly, easy navigation, product availability

My stuff came quick
I recently ordered a few items from India and they arrived surprisingly quickly! Everything was in perfect condition, no mistakes at all. The items I received were really high quality. AMOLED LCD Screen for Asus Zenfone 8 Flip
I bought an AMOLED LCD Screen for Asus Zenfone 8 Flip. The LCD does not work. Tracy wants me to go through hoops to get my refund. Two technicians have already checked and it still does not work. She wants me to go back to the repair technician a third time to try again. She just won't accept that the item I received was faulty. I'm not even assured of a full refund. This is not good customer service.
Replacement earpiece for Huawei Nova Plus
My first experience with Sunsky and it's vendor was a dismal one.
I waited one month for my purchase to arrive and the seller sent the wrong replacement earpiece for my Huawei Nova Plus phone. When I contacted them they said they will send the correct one this time. Waited another 3 weeks and received the EXACT SAME WRONG part once again. The seller obviously doesn't know what they're doing. Very bad and frustrating experience!
