Cast-iron skillet purchase
I recently bought a cast-iron skillet, and let me tell you, it was quite a journey. I thought I had snagged a deal on a specific brand and color during a special sale, only to get hit with the news that it was no longer available. Just when I was feeling defeated about my kitchen plans, a kind employee came to the rescue. Christopher from Sur La Table really went out of his way to help me find a similar product in a different color, all while keeping the discounted price. His amazing customer service and commitment to making sure I was happy really blew me away. I know my wife is going to be ecstatic when she sees her new kitchen treasure this Christmas, and I have Christopher and the team at the store to thank for that. They really turned what could have been a letdown into a great experience. Kudos to them!
Set of 6 wine glasses
I recently bought a set of 6 wine glasses as a present for my daughter and son-in-law's second anniversary. But when the glasses arrived, I noticed that one of them was damaged. So, I decided to call customer service to get it sorted out. That's when I spoke with a rep named Itzel. Itzel was really polite and handled the situation with a lot of professionalism. She quickly arranged to send a replacement at no extra charge, which made everything super easy and nice. I was really impressed with how efficient and effective the Sur La Table customer service team was, and Itzel's exceptional help really made sure the gift was perfect.

I just got some new kitchen stuff from this store and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. I had been checking out a bunch of different brands and products online, but I finally decided to head to the store to check them out in person. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed. They were able to answer all my questions and even shared some helpful tips on how to care for my new gear. It was a great shopping trip overall, and I'll definitely be coming back in the future.
Online shopping perk applied
Chris was so awesome, he helped me out with a perk on my online shopping order and I absolutely loved it! I've been shopping at this store forever, so it's great that I can now shop online too. Chris was really friendly and made sure everything was good to go with my order. I'm excited to pick it up later today!
Kitchenware purchase
The customer service at this store is seriously top-notch. I bought some kitchenware not too long ago and sadly, a few items were damaged upon arrival. I reached out to customer service right away and they jumped on fixing the problem super quick. Less than a day later, everything was sorted out to my liking. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how efficient and professional the customer service team was.
cooking set
I bought a cooking set from this store not too long ago, but one of the pans came with a scratch on it. I called customer service and talked to a guy named John. I told him what happened, and he took care of it right away. John said they'd send me a new pan and I should get it in about a week. He was really nice and even sent me a follow-up email to recap everything we talked about. I was really happy with how well they handled the situation. John was great and got it sorted out fast.
Fish spatulas
I got a great deal on 3 fish spatulas at Sur La Table - buy 2, get 1 free. But when I received my order, there were only 2 in the box thanks to a checkout mistake. Thankfully, Rafael over at Sur La Table took care of it right away without any fuss. I love the awesome products and deals at Sur La Table, plus their customer service rocks. It's nice to know you're in good hands with a company that's top-notch and has super helpful staff. Way to go, Rafael!
Mini pumpkin cocottes inquiry
I just wanted to share my experience with the mini pumpkin cocottes I bought. I noticed that the lids were a bit warped, so I reached out to Chris for help. He was amazing! Super knowledgeable, fast, and really polite. I was so grateful for his excellent customer service. Honestly, it was the best customer service I've ever experienced.
Bistro dishware purchase
When I finally got my Bistro dish set, I was so pumped! But then, I opened it up and found some broken plates. Bummer, right? But Daemon totally saved the day by getting those damaged plates replaced in no time. Super thankful for the awesome customer service and quick fix to the problem.
cast iron pot
I recently bought a 7qt cast iron pot from this store, but unfortunately, it arrived with a chip in the enamel finish. I reached out to customer service via email, but never got a response for weeks. It was so frustrating that I decided to call, and I ended up being put on hold for a whole hour before finally talking to someone. Then, after sending photos of the damaged pot as they asked, I waited almost a month without hearing back. It was really disappointing not hearing anything, especially since I spent a lot of money on this cookware. It took almost two months and multiple conversations with different customer service reps to finally get my refund. The whole process felt super disorganized and dragged out, and it definitely wasn't the quality of customer service I was hoping for. I can't help but think that if there was a local store nearby, like the one in Minnesota, things would have gone a lot smoother and been easier to deal with. Even though I did eventually get my money back, the lack of communication in the beginning and the delay in fixing the problem has made me hesitant to recommend this store to others.
