Mediocre Experience with Teamson Products
As someone who has had experience with Teamson, I can confidently say that they have a wide range of products that are both unique and of good quality. Their furniture and decor items are particularly noteworthy, as they offer a fun and whimsical design aesthetic that is perfect for children's rooms.

So, I bought this really neat thing online, only to later find out it was out of stock even though I already had a tracking number. I was bummed at first, but I reached out to customer service and they were super quick to respond. They assured me the item would be restocked by the end of the month and even gave me a discount code! I wanted to double-check if the other color was available this time, and customer service confirmed it was. Even though I couldn't get my first choice, I still snagged a good deal on the alternative color, all thanks to their awesome service. Huge shoutout to Teamson for having such top-notch customer service, it's pretty rare to come across these days!
Play kitchen purchase
I just bought a play kitchen for my granddaughter and I am so happy about it! The kitchen arrived quickly, just three days after I ordered it, and putting it together was easy thanks to the instructions. My granddaughter, who is almost four, helped her mom assemble it, which was a fun and bonding experience for all of us. I think this hands-on activity will not only bring joy to the kids while they play, but also give them a sense of accomplishment and pride for helping put together their new toy. The kitchen looks great and fits nicely with our home's style. I am really happy with this purchase!
Cabinet purchase
When I bought this cabinet, I messed up putting in the bottom shelf and ended up with those ugly predrilled holes showing on the front. I reached out to Customer Service to see about getting a replacement shelf, and they came through real quick, finding one in their warehouse to send to me for free. Really impressed with their service and how they helped fix my goof. The cabinet itself is pretty solid too, so I'm thankful for their help. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to give props to this company for handling things so well.
Wooden cabinet
I just bought a wooden cabinet from this company and I gotta say, the wood they used was pretty good overall, but I was let down by the cam bolt screws and dowels they used for connecting everything. I've put together other furniture before with better quality parts, and I wasn't a fan of the wooden slots for the drawers compared to all-metal ones. I feel like for what I paid, I should've gotten a cabinet with better quality parts that would last longer.
Bathroom linen cabinet
I ordered this cabinet from Teamson on Amazon, but they kept sending me just one package instead of the two that I was supposed to receive! I called them, and they were super helpful, even though it wasn't really their fault. They ended up selling and shipping me the missing piece at the same price as Amazon. I'm really pleased with how they handled everything!
Doll House Surprise
Oh my gosh, let me tell you, this dollhouse totally blew me away! I mean, when I first opened up the box, I was like, whoa, the quality is way better than I thought. And yeah, there were more screws and parts than I anticipated, but putting it together was a piece of cake. Every hole lined up perfectly, and I was able to screw it all in with just a screwdriver. And get this, not a single piece was missing. It's honestly the best purchase I've made in a long time!
Awesome Customer Care
The customer service team was amazing when I contacted them about an issue with my purchase. They were quick to respond and sent me the replacement part I needed right away. On top of that, they even emailed me a PDF of the manual since I couldn't find mine. I was seriously impressed with how helpful and supportive they were. I'll definitely be telling all my friends about this company and will be coming back as a customer in the future. They were just fantastic!
Play kitchen for toddler
I got this play kitchen for my 18-month-old kiddo and it is seriously so cute. It's just as nice as some of the pricier ones out there, but this one even has an ice machine which is pretty cool. Only downside was that ours came with a broken piece in the ice machine. Luckily, customer service was super quick to respond and they fixed it all through email. Overall, really happy with this buy and happy we went with this kitchen set.
Wooden dollhouse, granddaughter, well-built, easy assembly, missing furniture, responsive support team.
I just bought a wooden dollhouse from a company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. This dollhouse is sturdy and just right for a little kid. Putting it together was a piece of cake and it looks great. I did notice some furniture pieces missing though, but the support team was on top of it and sent them over right away. All in all, I'm super impressed with both the product and the customer service.
Teamson Kitchen
I bought this really awesome kitchen set, but when I got it, it was missing some stuff. I reached out for help, and they sent me the missing pieces super quickly! Now my son is over the moon with his kitchen - he's got all the pots, pans, spatulas, salt and pepper shakers, and even some cute little ice cube trays.
Fountain pump
I was looking everywhere for a pump for my fountain and just couldn't find it. So, I reached out to the company that made the fountain and they were able to track one down for me. The best part was they let me pay with PayPal and the price was totally reasonable, including shipping. Now that the fountain is up and running smoothly, my wife is thrilled. Thank you so much!
Child's vanity purchase
I bought a cute vanity for a child, it seems well-made and worth the money. I was concerned about damage because the box was in bad shape, but it was packed really well. There was a small section where the paint was sanded off, and I was a little annoyed by some extra holes drilled into the legs. But in general, I'm happy with my purchase.
Water Fountain Replacement Parts
So hey, in November of last year I had to get some replacement parts for my water fountain. It took a little extra time because of some supply chain problems, but the folks at Teamson Customer Care were awesome! They were super friendly and helpful, always getting back to me quickly with all the info I needed. I finally got my kit and I'm thrilled. Shout out to the Teamson team - you all are amazing!
Solar fountain pump replacement
I bought a solar fountain pump replacement from this company not too long ago, but it wasn't working right. So, I reached out to their customer service, and they were super quick to help me out. They checked my purchase, sent me a new pump, and boom - my solar fountain was back up and running in no time. Their customer service was so on point that I ended up buying two more replacement pumps from them.
Wall water fountain purchase
I got this awesome wall water fountain, but it came all broken and stuff. Thank goodness, the people at the store were really nice and sent me a new one right away. They even followed up to make sure I received it okay. I'm thrilled!
Missing parts in order
Customer service was great - they quickly took care of the missing mesh part for my fountain. I was so impressed that I went ahead and ordered another one!
