Electronics accessories
I bought some electronics accessories from this website not long ago. At first, I got a little annoyed because it took longer than I thought it would for my order to ship. I contacted customer support after a week to check on the status, and they said they would follow up. But, no one ever got back to me. So, I had to reach out again before someone finally got in touch to make sure I got my order and was happy with it. I'm glad they eventually got back to me and took care of my order, but I wish they had communicated better.
Soft sheets in a pretty color
These sheets are extremely soft, and the color is really nice! I did notice that they tend to slide off the bed corners a little bit, so I might have to get some clips to hold them down next time. But considering the cost, it's a really good deal!
Refurbished Chromebook purchase
I got this Chromebook from Until Gone and it was a really good deal. Even though it was refurbished, it was in great condition with just a couple of small scratches. The Chromebook worked perfectly and was definitely worth the price. Shipping was reliable and on point, plus it was free, which made the whole thing even better. Overall, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at Until Gone.
Sheet set purchase
I bought a sheet set from this company, but it shrank a lot after I washed it following the instructions. Dealing with their customer service was frustrating because they kept asking for pictures and measurements. It took almost a month of going back and forth, but they finally agreed to send me a return label. The communication was only through email, so it was hard to follow. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I won't buy from this company again; I'll stick to shopping at bigger stores like Kohls or JCPenney.
32-pair shoe rack
I bought a 32-pair shoe rack for someone, but turns out they don't need it. I tried to get a refund and return it, but they took forever to get back to me. Now I'm stuck with this unopened box.
Laptop sleeve
I usually give five stars, but this time they gave me the wrong laptop sleeve. It was a really cheap mistake, so I'm not too upset, but I did let customer service know about it. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I'm not going to stop shopping here just because of this one little mix-up. Until Gone is still one of my favorite online stores, and I'll definitely be back for more goodies in the future.
Multiple item purchase with competitive prices
I just bought some stuff from Until Gone and it was awesome! The prices were super competitive and the customer service was top-notch. I've bought a bunch of things from them lately and everything has been great quality. Checking out was easy and safe, and shopping on their site was really enjoyable.

I contacted seller and explained I think item is defective. She said she'd contact vendor and get back to me. I then get an nasty email from untilgone on their return policy. No mention of the fact the item doesn't work. Need original packaging and resellable condition. I'm stuck with a $40 defective item.

Untilgone.com AKA Legatos Holdings Inc: Untilgone.com website and item advertised as "Luxury Home 1,000 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheet Sets". These are NOT what is stated. They are MICROFIBER and NOT 1,000 thread count Cotton sheets. Untilgone.com is aware of this and the FALSE ADVERTISING but continues to sell them. If you try to return them for FRAUD they will not pay return shipping and demand they are returned in a RESALEABLE condition. Meaning they plan to sell the same FAKE SHEETS to someone else. For the "Clearance" Price you can buy other MICROFIBER SHEETS for a lot less. Will be leaving additional Reviews on other sites and filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) ID#15080374. This company has a 1 STAR Review on the BBB Site and is NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Additionally they have 28 Complaints filed against them, many for FRAUD and selling COUNTERFEIT items. I have contacted UntilGone.com with this information as well as PROOF that these Sheets are FAKES. The sheets have are packaged with "Bibb Home" labeling but the tags on the sheets are marked "mellanni" which ONLY manufactures and sells MICROFIBER Sheets. Untilgone.com has responded with the typical run around response with NO RESOLUTION. Avoid this company. It's not worth the headache of buying COUNERFEIT items and getting ripped off.
Portable 8000 BTU Air Conditioner and Dehumidifier
Until Gone is a scam. This item never arrived. I was given a tracking number for FedEx the day I made the order, but the tracking number continued to show that FedEx had never received the item from the vendor. I was given many different delivery windows from Until Gone service reps when I contacted them but the FedEx tracking continued to show that they were awaiting the item. I finally requested a refund three weeks after the order date and Until Gone deleted my account and stated there was never an account with my email. Now I have to go through fraud resolution with my credit card company. Until Gone is a total scam! DO NOT buy from this website!
Fleece wind proof face protecting
Delivery was o time. Ordered two hats. Out of the package, hats were very stinky and the inside fleece had shed all over the outside. Basically, they were junk! I asked to return and company said wash them and if still dissatisfied we might consider a 20% refund! Really?!?! I would not recommend buying from Untilgone.com unless there is no chance of a needed return.

I bought home speakers from here, they were really great. I had the best deal. It was timely delivered and prove to be a great deal in terms of saving some bucks.
I usually find lower prices or larger availability at the online store.
