they replied fast and were polite, answered my sizing question and walked me through the return steps when I asked. They weren’t perfect (had to follow up once), but overall helpful and human, which matters. The clothes match the descriptions, stitching looks tidy, colors were accurate — so it’s not just clever photos. My only real gripe is price feels a touch high for what it is; I’ve paid less at some stores and paid more at others, so it’s mid-range in my book. All in all I’m glad I ordered — relieved, actually — and I’d shop here again, mostly because of the decent delivery and solid customer support.

some items showed up in a few days, others took noticeably longer and the tracking updates were sparse, like someone only remembering to update it when something actually happened. That waiting-room feeling (you know, constantly refreshing) can be annoying. Customer service is better than the worst experiences I’ve had with smaller sites, but not as consistent as the big players. A couple of times I got clear, helpful replies and a resolution within a day; one other time I had to chase them a couple times to get the right info. So yeah, mixed bag. Quality of the items matched what I paid for — mostly fine for casual use, but I’d read reviews for specific sellers first. Payments were painless; multiple methods accepted and no weird errors at checkout, which was reassuring — compared to some previous companies I’ve used, that actually matters a lot to me. Overall I went in skeptical (cheap price, overseas shipping — classic combo), and I came out oddly satisfied: not perfect, but workable. If you’re okay with a bit of unpredictability on delivery and occasional back-and-forth with support, it’s a decent place to grab deals. If you need rock-solid timing or top-tier customer service every time, maybe stick with the usual big names.

I saw the app on my cousin's phone and wasn't expecting much. Then the box showed up days earlier than I thought and it was exactly what I ordered — that's when I knew I was sold. Told my roommate to try it, I'm pretty happy.
