Sneakers
I gotta say, getting these sneakers online was a huge mistake. The quality is terrible, and they're already falling apart. Not to mention, they took forever to show up. I'm never ordering from this company again - total losers!
Coats
The coat I got from this company was a total letdown. The coat I saw on the website looked really nice on a celebrity, but what I got was a cheap copy. And on top of that, returning it cost me $25 in shipping fees that I didn't get back. I'm so annoyed and feel totally tricked. I definitely recommend not shopping here, it seems like they care more about scamming people than selling good stuff.
Partial refund offered
I had a problem with my order not too long ago, so I had to file a complaint and give customer service a ring to straighten things out. After some back and forth, they offered me $89 back as a partial refund. I mean, I'm grateful for them trying to fix things, but honestly, I think I should have gotten a full refund given the situation. From now on, I'll definitely be checking out online reviews before I buy from this company again. It's a shame that there are so many scammers out there, because it gives a bad name to honest small businesses trying to make it online.
Misleading product description
This has been the absolute worst online shopping experience I've ever gone through. The item I got in the mail looks absolutely nothing like what was shown on the website. The color was off, the elbow patches were way too funny-looking, and the quality was just terrible and cheap. I tried to reach out to complain about it, but the website wanted me to type in a code to make sure I wasn't a robot. And every single time I tried, it kept saying the code was wrong. And on top of all that, they only showcase positive reviews and ratings, hiding any negative comments. I even tried leaving my own review, but it never popped up. This whole company is just a joke.
Tactical jacket, long wait
I ordered this tactical jacket online and man, it took so long to finally show up in my mailbox. When it did arrive, only half of my order was in there, and the jacket they did send was straight-up garbage. Can you believe it took 78 whole days for everything to finally get to me? Total waste of money, for sure.
Tactical jacket purchase
I gotta tell you, I was really bummed out by the stuff I got. It was all pretty low quality, like it was made out of that really flimsy polyester material. I splurged on a $75 tactical jacket, but all I got was this sad, cheap windbreaker. The pictures online totally lied to me, 'cause what I got looked nothing like that. Now I've gotta deal with the headache of trying to return it, which I know is gonna be a pain. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store!
Brown 60s original t-shirt
I bought this cool brown 60s original t-shirt from Wayrates, but man, was I bummed when I got a blue one with a totally different design instead. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for somebody, so that mix-up was a total bummer. The quality of the shirt was pretty good, but getting the wrong item was a big disappointment. Hopefully Wayrates can work on getting orders right so this doesn't happen again.
Trainers and Jacket
Been burned to the tune of £70 today. Do NOT buy from this company. Ordered a jacket and shoes and what I have just received I would not give to a charity shop. If the con merchants behind this Wayrates site put as much effort into their products as they do in their website, then it would be great but as it is, they are simply sending the cheapest possible ... which bears NO, I repeat NO resemblance to the picture on their website. Based on other reviews and the fact they are based in China, life is too short to try and get a refund. All I can do is go on every review website and warn people. What annoys me is that websites like Pinterest allow them to advertise giving a false sense of security. I will stick to Amazon from now on or Google the ... out of any company I've not heard off before ordering. Lesson is, don't trust any ads. Pity though as I would have liked the jacket that was in the picture. But was I got was absolute ... I am sure the same scammers are operating under different names too as I see similar images coming up under different ads and companies and am sure that once Wayrates is figured out by a majority to be the con it is, numerous other names will pop up.

I can't say anything about the quality of the product, as I never received it. Their customer service expects me to find out where it got lost in the delivery chain. It is not worth my while, do not order from them.
TOPS
AVOID AVOID AVOID they are a Chinese company pretending to be based in the US. The quality of their product is horrendous (nothing like the images!) the sizing is also too small for Western buyers.
The know that their products are a total con and will offer a percentage refund. Take it. If you try to send the product back it will be returned to you.Cloths
Total scam don't do it. Nothing looks like the photos retruns are a shame Chinese low life scam artists. If you were buying the Photos of the product I would say it is what you expected. Lisson Sweater with pockets had not pockets It says pockets looks like pockets, but it is sewed up seems made to look like pockets.

Be very careful of this company along with it's affiliates Kalesafe ... Blaroken oh ya and they sell this garbage on Amazon. If you have ordered with this company or it's affiliates please go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint along with the FTC. The more complaints the more ammo to shut the scamming businesses down for theft of peoples money. All the stuff is coming from China. It's all ... and cheaply made, looks NOTHING like what they have advertised on their website. If you have been ripped off call you bank and tell them and they can work to get your money back that is exactly what I did.

SHIRT FINALLY CAME IN WAY TOO SMALL. THE NEXT DAY TRY EMAILING TO SENT SHIRT BACK TOO SMALL . THEIR WAS NO RETURN ADDRESS TO SEND TOO ON PACKAGE. DAYS OF NO RESPONDS ON EMAIL . SEND EMAIL AGAIN THEY RESPOND WITH NO ADDRESS TO RETURN SHIRT TOO FOR REFUND. THIS WAS A MONTH LONG PROCESS THEY TOLD US TO KEEP SHIRT AND THEY WOULD GIVE US TEN DOLLARS AND NO REFUND. STAY AWAY THEY HAVE BAD REVIEWS SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT REVIEWS.
Call your bank or credit card and tell them what happened they will help you get your money back. Also go to BBB ... FTC and file a complaint against this company. They also do business under Kalesafe, Blaroken and Amazon.

Do not deal with this company,Very poor service,quality ...,delivery was about 2 weeks late... get a hold of customer service and they cant even tell you where your product is, they just told me good luck hope you see it soon.If you want to save money time and stress DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I DONT EVEN KNOW IF IT IS A REAL COMPANY

Ordered 4 sweatshirts, received only 3 items. Of the three, only one slightly resembled what I ordered. Of the other two, one was a design I can't even find on your website, and the third was the wrong size. (clearly marked on the label). WTF!!!? This "company" is a total sham rip off!!! DO NOT BUY FROM WAYRATES!!!!!

I never saw these reviews and wish I had been warned. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is .... The items were delayed so long I felt it was a scam. I did not know it was a Chinese manufacturer as everything I bought this year that came from there, went back as the quality is never as portrayed or the sizes are way out. The quality here is poor, cheap materials, thin with no weight, leather jackets state reviews on their site but are PVC. not cut or designed well and items are a caricature of the ones seen on website and in adverts. Wasted £100 and cannot send back it appears according to these comments here. I ordered a XXL as my size is Large or sometimes XL. The size arrives with that label but is actually to fit a Medium. Same with other garments ordered 3 XL and appears many time larger, Other t shirt says Large and barely looks a small. Sizes mean nothing and quality is .... Avoid.2 jackets 1 shirt
Do NOT buy from these people. Bait and switch. The photos of their merchandise look great but when you get the actual clothing, it is .... They took so long to get it to me that I moved. When I finally got the merchandise today, it was no where near what I ordered.

I purchases two shirts and a coat. When I received the email receipt within a few minutes of my order, I noticed that the wrong color coat was confirmed so I immediately sent an email asking to change the coat to red vs camel. I did not recieve an email back til next day and Norman from Cust Svc said it was too late and order was already in process but they would help with the return process. Seemed ridiculous to send something halfway around the world only to intend to send it back. It took a good 10 days to receive the shirts. Same day I reached out. Had to follow up three times to get a response. Finally they offered $17 credit off the next purchase. What? I said that was not satisfactory so next day they tel me they will give me a 50% credit and give the coat away. Not what what we talked about or what I tried to prevent at the outset. Makes for a poor customer experience. Shirts are rather lightweight fabric. Not the way they appear online.
