DO NOT BUY from away rates!!! Delivery took a month. After two weeks tried to cancel. They wouldn’t let me because it already shipped. Received product…Horrible material…description is NOT what was sent. “Sweatshirt” was a thin material, definitely not Cotton Blend Polar Fleece

This was the worst items I have ever seen. The holster fell apart before I could even get to use it. The jacket was poorly manufactured and falsely advertised. I would let anyone who was thinking about Wayrates to never purchase their products. It took 42 days to get the item and then they tried to charge me with an outrages fee. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I purchased a Tactical Sweatshirt in September 2022. My assumption is the sweatshirt would be a more rugged (Tactical) sweatshirt (typical of what a sweatshirt is in America). There is nothing "Tactical" about the sweatshirt. The sweatshirt feels light weight and has a slightly silky feel, again nothing like a normal sweatshirt. Second the sleaves are about 3 inches too short (I look like Igor). Regarding their return policy, it’s so cumbersome, it makes you not want to return it. With the nice pictures and advertising and the money spent on all that advertising, the Wayrates Sweatshirt was a 3 on a 1-10 scale. Zero WOW factor.3 shirts and 3 hats
has been over two weeks still nothing I tried to cancel was informed that the items were pending and could not cancel order 2 days later got email that items were being shipped from China and 2 of the hats not on the order shipped. You deal with this rip off site you will be sorry

I've only received e-mail replies saying the products will ship soon. What a sham! Don't buy anything from wayrates.com. Waste of my time, to include this review and hard earned money. So little respect these days, from anyone it seems. Where is the honor in doing this to people?

Everything I got was falsely advertised, absolute ... worthy of a flea market as best.
Cargo pants are paper thin, have two front pockets only.
Shirts made of some chemical polyester worthy of a fire starter.
The worst part of this is, I paid 200.00 for stuff that was worth 10.00 bucks at a flea market or roadside stand.

Absolute trash. Really wish I had searched for reviews prior to purchase. Learned a lesson. SLOW shipping. Poor customer service - always the same generic happy happy replies to emails with NO concrete details given. No ability to track the shipment. Total farce. Clothes - caps were ok. They sent 4 items in XTRA large. I ordered Large. Yes, poor quality. Cheap as chips - you get what you pay for. AVOID this company at all costs.
Donkey pox sweatshirt
I ordered a donkey pox sweatshirt, and after waiting for over a month, i received the wrong shirt,(It had a big skeleton on the front, with an eight ball on the sleeve).What a scam ! The shipping package shows an address out of Las Vegas , Nevada. Don't waste time or money on this scam outfit! When you try and call their online contact number, no one ever answers!

Do not give them your money- FRAUD!! If it happens and you eventually do get the shipment, it is nowhere near to what you have ordered. Sizes, colours, design and material are not what you would expect. It all goes straight in the bin. The material is so bad, you cannot even use the items as rags in your workshop. Chinese fraudulent business.

It's been a month since ordering and all I get is "it's processing" or "shipped!" Obviously neither has happened. When I asked for a full refund I get nothing;no reply, no refund! I won't ever deal with these thieves again! That's who this company is, thieves!

bought XL and they must be for kids. way to small. tried to return and it was alot of $$$$. took 3 months and the package was returned. now I cannot communicate with them and CC is past its return date

Please avoid this company unless you like being upset and annoyed. The items I purchased were all far to small in comparism to the size chart they quote. Any good reviews are written by CHINESE FAKERS who have a very poor understanding of the english language. Iv attempted to return these items but there is no response from the supposed customer service line. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

BEWARE! WAYRATES, COTOSEN, HAWALILI, BANGGOOD, BLAROKEN, and many more with the same website platform is a ripoff. I have done extensive research on these companies and they all have the same MO and that is to sell inferior clothing for which seem to be at a reasonable price but in the end the items are cheap and do not even come close to fitting. August 2020 I ordered three pairs of shorts size 5XL (I am 6'2 270 lbs.). The items came after waiting 3 months and they wouldn't even come up to my thighs. Then the fun began trying to return the items. You first have to get a prior approval code from them in order to return the items. They keep asking me to send pictures of the items in order to approve a refund, I asked why, they are too small? No explanation. Then they offered me the opportunity to keep the items and send me a $40.00 voucher towards future purchases I said no. This went on back and forth for 2 months. Finally; they approved the return. I returned the items registered and insured thru the post office at a cost of $35.00. After a month looking up the tracking number USPS says the package is being held in customs, come to find out there is no such address in China. All this is done thru Email no phone numbers available. I then sent an email to verify the address, they responded they have the items but cannot refund because the credit card I used had expired (BS it had not). then again an offer to keep the items and a voucher for future purchases I said NO. How can I keep the items when you have them? They flat out lied. Later on I go to my mailbox and guess what, the package was returned to me undeliverable. So I continued to email back and forth not telling them I had the items now in my possession. Their response was there was nothing they could about the about a refund because the return warranty period had expired. I have the items in my possession and wasted the money I paid for the items and out $35.00 for the return shipping. I wrote a long letter to FTC and USPS and have heard nothing to date. The advertise on Facebook and Amazon, I have informed both about the scam they are running. There was no response which I figured would happened because they are making money off these companies and that is all they care about.

Somewhat happy with product so far. Not happy with lack of order confirmation, resulting in no way to track package or to even know if it's coming.
"Leather" Vest Product Code SPCZSLUS18D
The advertised and pictured vest is a Lined Orvis Leather Vest. The vest they sent is naugahyde, cheap, thin, and junk. The thing is so cheap I don't want it and wouldn't ever consider giving it as a gift (their suggestion) so I tried to return it. After several email exchanges they offered to let me keep the vest and get a $17 store credit and a $19 refund (Vest was $52.42 with $20 shipping). Despite the claim that you only pay once for shipping, apparently that once doesn't include returns to China (even though according to the return address it shipped most recently from NJ, USA). Stay away from these folks. They sell junk and you can't get rid of it.

Orders come out of Hong Kong WARNING! Shorts are not what they seem to be, very cheaply made. Paypal saved me but, I had to pay for a return USPS $43.00 bucks. Takes about 3 weeks to receive the items and there is no 1-800 number to talk to anybody. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY. BUY USA MADE PRODUCTS. I still lost most money but not all of it.
Horrible company and cheap products NOT the quality perceived by the pictures. If you don't follow up and threaten to contact your credit card company you will not get your refund. 0/5 on every aspect of this company.
