Recent furniture purchase
I just bought some furniture from the store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how great the quality is. It's exceeded all my expectations and has held up really well over time. The whole shopping experience was awesome, being able to see and touch the furniture before picking it out was really helpful. The design expert there was super helpful and gave me some great advice when choosing the perfect pieces for my house. I've been a loyal customer for like ten years now and I always appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the store.
Online order assistance
This place is a disaster when it comes to ordering online. But thankfully, I called the number at the bottom of the page and was connected with this amazing person named Caroline. She was fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I called back 15 minutes later to make a second order I had forgotten about, and guess who answered? Caroline again! It was great to deal with someone who really knows their stuff. Caroline was on top of it, handling both my orders effortlessly and reassuring me. A+ for Caroline and her outstanding customer service skills.
My recent purchase
I just wanted to send a quick message to say thank you for the awesome customer service I got when I made my recent purchase. I was a bit worried when I didn't get any shipping updates for a few weeks after ordering online. But then Gabriel got back to me right away when I asked about it, and let me know that one of the items I wanted wasn't available. He not only found a good replacement but also made sure my order was taken care of quickly. Today, I got my order in great shape, all thanks to Gabriel going above and beyond to help me out.
Dining table purchase
I just bought a dining table and I was really happy with the quality and customer service from the company. The table was good to go, and even though there were some problems with the delivery time, Karla from customer service totally had our backs and made sure the table got there safe and on time. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm super happy with my purchase.
Purchased home decor items
After talking to a bunch of different people, I finally got in touch with someone who really went above and beyond to help me out with my problem. I can't thank them enough. The stuff they sell is top-notch and looks great, but I think they should take another look at their shipping rates because it might make some people think twice about buying from them.
Backorder item issue resolved
I was dealing with this annoying backorder situation for a few months until I decided to contact customer service. Thankfully, Mike Duarte really listened to me and quickly worked to fix the issue. He kept me in the loop the whole time and gave me top-notch customer service. I can't thank him enough for making sure my item was finally shipped out to me.
Frame purchase, broken glass
I ordered a few things, and one of the frames came with broken glass. But Álvaro provided really awesome customer service. I was able to get a replacement frame without having to send back the broken one. I'm super grateful and impressed by how easy the whole process was.
