After talking to a bunch of different people, I finally got in touch with someone who really went above and beyond to help me out with my problem. I can't thank them enough. The stuff they sell is top-notch and looks great, but I think they should take another look at their shipping rates because it might make some people think twice about buying from them.

Defective chairs
My experience with Grandin Road was a bit of a mixed bag. Their customer service really came through for me when I had issues with my chairs - they handled the return shipping and refund super quickly and without any trouble. But, I gotta say, I was let down by the quality of the chairs. They were easy to put together and all the parts were there, but the fact that the legs weren't even was a big no-no for me. It seemed like a slip-up in quality control that should have been caught before the chairs were sent out. While I was grateful for how they took care of the problem, I was left feeling a little unimpressed by the lack of attention to detail in the actual product.

Multiple orders since pandemic
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this store since the pandemic hit, and I gotta say, I've been really impressed with the quality of everything. Out of the five times I've ordered, there was just one item that didn't fit right because it was too tight in the bust. But the customer service team was quick and helpful in getting me the right size. The stuff I've gotten has been top-notch, no problems with the products at all. I don't get why some people have left bad reviews, 'cause my experience has been nothing but good. And shipping has been smooth sailing too. Unlike other brands like Boohoo and Pretty Little Thing, where deliveries took forever, I went with express delivery at this store and got my stuff super fast every time. All in all, I've had a really positive time shopping here and definitely plan on coming back for more.
