    New website platform

    I used a different company a few years ago and didn't have a great experience, so I was a bit unsure about giving Zenfolio another shot for my new website. But I was actually really impressed with their new platform and have been super happy with the service I've gotten over the past few months. After my free trial, I ended up subscribing because I felt like it was a better fit for me than other options out there. Even though the product isn't perfect, I really appreciate that they listen to customer feedback and keep trying to make it better. The support team has been great and quick to respond, which makes me feel confident that they're dedicated to getting even better.

    Apart from selling apparels and shoes I am also selling photos ,shooter back and some of them currently taken shots Annual plan is working for me ,well supported by SEO ,more then hundred times awarded with good price for my photos.

    As someone who's been using this platform for a while now, I gotta say, I've been pretty let down by what's been happening lately. I've been a customer since 2011 and I've always relied on this service to deliver my work to clients. But now, out of nowhere, my photo galleries have been taken down and archived without even asking me. It's like I have no say in what happens to my own content, and that's just not right. I'm starting to think it might be time to say goodbye to this service for good.

    15 years of Zenfolio Classic

    I've been using Zenfolio Classic as a loyal customer for 15 years now, but I can't take it anymore. The Archive system is a nightmare - 19 of my Galleries vanished into thin air! I tried to restore them through the dashboard, hoping to see my work back in 12 hours, but it's been three days now and all I get is a spinning wheel of frustration. I contacted customer support via the right email channel, but all I got was a generic, robotic reply. It seems like my Galleries are gone for good, and the support team is doing a terrible job of fixing this mess. Knowing that even the new platform, NextZen, will have the same Archive system is worrying. If this is the direction Zenfolio is going, I won't be renewing my memberships.

    8-year customer experience

    Zenfolio really let me down after 8 years of sticking with them. I'm so frustrated with their new archive scheme that doesn't even give me the choice to opt-out. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times about this, but haven't gotten anywhere. I count on having unlimited storage for my photos, so this goes against everything they promise. I should be the one deciding what gets archived, not them.

    Photography gallery archiving

    The gallery archiving system is a complete mess. It's so hard to find anything on there, and a lot of other users feel the same way. I wouldn't suggest using this service if you want to keep your photography galleries in order.

    Zenfolio issues, customer service, archive disaster

    My time using Zenfolio has honestly been pretty disappointing. They launched this 'archive' feature out of nowhere, and it's been a mess. Nobody even wanted it, and now the whole service feels like a headache to use. Clearly, the folks making decisions in IT are not doing the best job for us customers. And don't even get me started on customer service - when they finally do get back to you, all you get is them trying to act like the 'Archive' feature is great. It's like they don't even care about what we have to say. It's just frustrating to see a company ignore its users like this.

    As a customer who's been using this platform since 2011, I've noticed a big drop in the quality of service lately. Out of nowhere, my photo galleries were taken offline and archived without my say-so. Now me and my clients can't even get to them. This whole unexpected mess has got me thinking about finding another service for my client deliveries. Plus, there hasn't been any new stuff on here in like forever. The 'NEW' photo page has stayed the same for years. It's really disappointing. I used to depend on Zenfolio for all my image gallery needs, but now I gotta find a better solution. It's really sad to see a service I trusted go downhill like this.

    Long-term customer experience

    I've been a customer for like ten years now and honestly, I haven't seen any improvements in the service. The cart is so old school and don't even get me started on the recent archiving setup - it's been a hot mess with failures left and right. And the fact that the company isn't offering any support is just really disappointing.

    Galleries archiving limited access

    I've been using this service for a while now and it's been awesome, but recently they started archiving galleries. It's really frustrating because it makes it harder to access my own photos and show them to clients. Plus, it's a pain to get galleries back from the archive when I need them. And the limit on active galleries is just too restricting.

    Disappointed long-time user

    I've been using this platform for years, but I'm fed up. The way they store images is a mess, it's so hard for customers to see and buy them quickly. Waiting 12 hours to see pictures just doesn't cut it nowadays. It feels like my business is being held back because of this, I'm thinking about going somewhere else. It's annoying that there's no option to pay more for instant access to images. The recent service problems and apologies from the CEO just confirmed my choice to switch to a different platform.

    I've been with Zenfolio for more than ten years now, and I'm just so frustrated. They've been archiving my galleries without even asking me, and now I can't even get to my photos. It's like a total nightmare - I joined to show off my work, not to have it kept from me.

    Photos hosting problems

    My photos were awesome, but ever since Zenfolio switched platforms, everything has been super slow and frustrating. Clients are having a hard time getting to their images, and galleries keep getting archived for no reason. There's no support or community to turn to for help with problems. It feels like the whole platform is on its way out.
