8-year customer experience
Zenfolio really let me down after 8 years of sticking with them. I'm so frustrated with their new archive scheme that doesn't even give me the choice to opt-out. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times about this, but haven't gotten anywhere. I count on having unlimited storage for my photos, so this goes against everything they promise. I should be the one deciding what gets archived, not them.

Pants order
I recently ordered a pair of pants online and had a rough delivery experience. Even though I got an email saying it was shipped, the tracking info showed the package hadn't made it to USPS. The delivery date came and went with no pants, so I contacted customer service for help. They couldn't figure it out until days later, which left me frustrated and unsatisfied. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Kohl's deliveries, and it's seriously changed my view of them as a loyal customer. I'm thinking about shopping somewhere else from now on.

My trip to Nature's Gem was kinda meh. The stuff they had was just okay, nothing really special. They didn't have a lot to choose from and the prices were decent, not great but not awful either. The customer service was alright, nothing amazing but nothing terrible either. Overall, my time there was pretty average and nothing too exciting. I think there are probably better places to check out for a more awesome experience.

I recently signed up for a Business Analytics course, and let me tell you, it was hands down one of the best choices I've ever made. The instructor was absolutely fantastic - super knowledgeable, professional, and all-around great at what she does. Refurbished iPad purchase
I was a little nervous about getting a refurbished iPad from this website because it was super cheap and I'd never heard of it. Even though it was an older model, I took a risk and added on the warranty just in case. When the tablet showed up yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. It's in good shape and runs smoothly, which is great for my little one to play with. The only downside was that it arrived without any juice and the charger wasn't the greatest. But in the end, I'm happy with my buy.
