I just want to give a big shoutout to the customer service team for all their help with my problem. They were super patient and really went the extra mile to assist me. Not only did they explain everything thoroughly, but they even made a video just for me to show me how to fix it. It was so useful and I'm really grateful for all the effort they put in to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Bike purchase
I recently got a new bike and it is absolutely fantastic! It was working really well right out of the box, and the customer service was top-notch. When I called for assistance with assembling it, they picked up the phone immediately and were incredibly laid-back and understanding. Then, I accidentally messed up one of the parts while putting it together, but they sent me a replacement for free without any hassle or cost. This company is truly amazing, and I can't wait to tell all my friends about it!

Color discrepancy, return process, and lack of reimbursement
The product I got looked totally different from the colors on the website. It was a pain to return, and even though they said I'd get my money back, I never did. Honestly, dealing with this company was a huge letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying from them to anyone.
