I had a really frustrating experience with my recent order from this store. Honestly, the customer service was terrible and I ended up feeling like I paid way more than I should have. They were not upfront about the shipping fees and threw in an unexpected customs fee via DHL that cost me an extra £100. It was super shady and made me feel like I got duped. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping with them to anyone.

Wow, this artwork is just amazing! The colors are so vibrant and the details are incredible. I got it for such a great price that I just had to buy it. The delivery was super fast and the packaging was so strong, it could probably survive a hurricane. Huge thanks to the artist for making such a beautiful masterpiece.

Replacement order for a shirt
I recently ordered something from this company and they told me that Amazon was going to handle the delivery. Well, turns out the package didn't show up when it was supposed to. When I talked to customer service, they told me Amazon messed up and didn't even make an attempt to deliver it. So I contacted the company directly and they were super helpful in fixing the problem right away. They said they'd send me another shirt and it actually showed up the very next day like they promised. I was really impressed with how fast and helpful their customer service team was. It definitely made me happy as a customer. Not only were they easy to deal with, but the stuff I ordered was even better than I expected. Overall, my experience with this company was really good and I wouldn't hesitate to tell others to check out their products and services.

Memory foam mattress purchase
This mattress is like super comfy, I swear it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. It's like magic how it keeps me all toasty in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. But here's the kicker - I've had to switch out the cover three freaking times 'cause it keeps springing leaks after about a year of use. Luckily, they were quick to replace it when I sent them pics of the leaks 'cause I'm totally hooked on this bed now. It better hold up forever, or at least until that warranty expires, oh boy!
