Portable charger
I bought a portable charger a little while ago because I thought it was cool when my friend showed me theirs. But man, their customer service has been awful. I tried calling and emailing a bunch of times, but no one has gotten back to me at all. They were so fast to take my money, but now it's like they've disappeared. It's been a really frustrating experience.

Chef's knife
