Online educational resource purchase
I recently bought something from an online learning site to help with my studies. But it ended up not being much help, especially for my math and science classes that I really need to do well in. Plus, they didn't even let me know when they were going to charge me again, and I ended up getting a charge on my credit card that I didn't approve. When I tried to cancel my subscription, the customer service was no good at all. They gave me the runaround and lied to me during the whole process. All in all, my experience with this company was really bad, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
