Excellent products, customer service
I just bought some stuff from this brand and let me tell you, their products are amazing. My skin has never looked so good - the quality is top-notch. Plus, their customer service is awesome. They really go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. I did have a tiny problem with getting too many emails from them, but they were quick to respond and said they'd work on giving more control options in the future. Overall, I'm super impressed and will definitely be coming back for more.

Dry feet but not enough support
I really like these shoes because they keep my feet dry when I'm out in rainy Ontario weather. However, they don't give me enough support for my achy back, especially since I work in healthcare and spend long hours on my feet. I think I'll just wear them for walks and hikes, not for work.

Folding shower door kit purchase
The folding shower door kit looks nice in the bathroom, but it's made of cheaper materials and is missing a doorstop on one side. Also, the rail underneath is leaking, so we had to make some changes to keep it from leaking. We contacted technical support for assistance, but we're still waiting to hear back from them.

Annual renewal notice
Received our renewal notice and was shocked to see the price is almost doubling from last year! That's absolutely insane. Luckily, I found a cheaper option with the same service. So, we're saying goodbye to your crazy prices and lack of explanation for the sudden increase.
