Material quality surprising, long delivery time
I just got my order from this company and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials they used. The delivery did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but I'm happy with what I got overall. Before I even had a chance to really check out what I bought, I started getting a bunch of emails pushing me to buy more stuff. I get they're excited, but I would have liked to check out my first order before diving into more. Still, I'm happy with what I bought and might think about ordering again down the line.

Static grass and basing kit
I just got this static grass flock and basing kit from Serious-Play Scenics, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. The grass looks so real and colorful, it really brings my model landscape to life. The basing kit came with rocks and shrubs that added a lot of detail and depth to my diorama. I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be going back to Serious-Play Scenics for all my scenic modeling stuff from now on.

Trail cam inquiry
I recently contacted customer service with a question about a product, but the response I got back was completely useless and kind of rude. Instead of addressing my concern, the representative just gave a short and unhelpful answer. It was really frustrating and honestly made me pretty annoyed. I expect better service when I reach out for help, so this experience was definitely disappointing.

The red juice they have here is absolutely delicious, I seriously can't get enough of it! And let me tell you about the chocolate powder - it's seriously the best thing ever.
